"We don't have any cars and I can't help you" you can return and check later at 2:30pm "we are closed now for lunch" so we sit on steps for hours and at 3pm lady says sorry no car go to next city two hours away and they should have a car there ... seriously !??? Hertz you suck balls this will be a formal complaint and will go on to all friends and family. Stay away from this hellhole if you value your time and sanity.
