Their business is tricking people. That $20 promo turns into their first offering of a $500 package. Then as you are forced to remove poses, they slowly lower the price. We dropped 95.2% of the 63 photos taken, to end up with SIX lonely pictures - BUT we were going to also get a disk and we could print more later..... that's what they don't tell you. Six pictures for about 6 times what we expected to be spending today. Six pictures was the minimum amount of photos to receive a disk with photos that we were told we could use as we like. So, we did not continue to get rid of any more pictures - however - the disk is useless. The disk is such low-quality resolution prints that they are only good to view on a mobile device. ---- This is aggravating. Terrible customer service, but the pictures were much better than expected. I called corporate to try to get what we had been sold - high-resolution photos - and they said that the photographer was wrong. Instead of offering to fix anything, the customer service rep just immediately said that she would issue a complaint against the photographer for not following protocol. I asked about a promotion on their corporate webpage that says "high resolution with copyright release" - she said it looks like you didn't get that one. Customer service said I could return the prints and the useless disk that we paid for and get a store credit. So disappointed with this experience. Now I can either accept paying $130 for a few prints of six photos or return everything for a store credit and go through the hassle again. read more

Went on 12/07/2019 and session was okay. But when we went back to pick up our canvas photo the placed is closed up, gone.... no explanation... no note on the door... no email sent saying they were leaving. Paid for a canvas that I never received read more

We are repeat customers and have taken pictures here professionally over 5 times spending probably close to $1000. Today we took family Christmas portraits here. I want to first say that our photographer was fantastic! She was kind and patient with us. That's where the positives end. Here are the negatives: 1) our photographer was left by herself during our session and had to keep answering phones and leaving to help people that walked in. Meanwhile, we had small toddlers and babies who were crying the entire time, 2) other coworkers came in (not sure if they were superiors or what) but they kept looking at us in a rude manner and were not polite...one went as far as interrupting our session and handing her a phone to answer...as if he couldn't answer it himself. It was obvious you did not value our business. They were treating us like we didn't matter. No issues...what happens is that we spend our money elsewhere in the future. read more

Okay, I never do these, but I'm really upset about the service today. We came in to get my sons first Christmas pictures done, and I have a few complaints. First, the photographers seem nice, but 5 mins into the shoot, the guy taking our pictures starts acting indifferent with a rude tone. I didn't really care much, but then it got worse. My son is one of the happiest babies you'll ever meet. Smiles at everyone. But today, he wasn't smiling, even with the guy trying to make him laugh. It's like he knew that this guy was a piece of shit. Babies are a lot smarter than people think and they can read vibes. So the pictures that we did get, over half of them weren't of him smiling. And every time my son actually did laugh or smile, the photographer missed it. So there's that. Then, as we're looking through pictures, the guy has a dead tone, seems uninterested, keeps looking around, and at one point we had to wait for him because in the middle of us choosing a picture he walks off to the studio to make another kid try to smile, which wasn't really necessary. The kid was fine. Then, we thought we were going to get a good deal. That's why we came.tell me why these prices are in the hundreds for shit quality photos and even worse filters and frames. I could do these on photoshop and on my phone way better. Wtf is this, 2005? Get the hell out of here. We ended up paying $42 for a few prints. NOW GET THIS! Our appointment was at 11, we finished a little before 12. I kid you not, it's 2:20 and I'm sitting here still waiting for my prints. Twice, they told us that they had to reprint them. TWICE. I've been here for 20 minutes waiting. Watching two other families who have like 3 or 4 kids with them, get their prints before me. I have one child. We took pictures of just him. Got a basic package. And y'all can't even get my pictures printed in a timely manner? This is ridiculous. The staff here sucks. The photos aren't the best quality compared to what they try to charge you. I don't want to give them any stars. And don't try to tell me I got what I paid for because we were treated like shit and the pictures were shit before we even decided on a price. I should've left the moment I noticed my son not liking the photographer. My sons first Christmas pictures and this is the experience I get as a hard working parent? Great customer service, great quality pictures. Gerry & Chelsea r the best. We're very nice & welcoming, also discounted my pics because of my birthday. They were very focused on making sure I got the best poses for my pictures. Don't believe the negative comments on here this was my first time ever coming here and had absolutely no issues. In the end they do let u make a decision on the prices as they go up and down either way I feel u will get a great deal for the number of poses compared to other photographers who would charge twice their price for almost the same quality.
