Julie took the time to show me everything she had available and all models. I think I spent over an hour with her and she never seemed rushed or hurried. The cost of this facility absolutely does not justify waiting 2 hours to use the bathroom or being woken up at 8:30 and not getting breakfast until 11:30. It's not right. They are understaffed and handle my grandma rougly when they do actually help her to the bathroom or in the shower. I do not recommend for a loved one. It pains me to see my grandma being in a sub-par care facility. It saddens me.
