The cost of this facility absolutely does not justify waiting 2 hours to use the bathroom or being woken up at 8:30 and not getting breakfast until 11:30. It's not right. They are understaffed and handle my grandma rougly when they do actually help her to the bathroom or in the shower. I do not recommend for a loved one. It pains me to see my grandma being in a sub-par care facility. It saddens me.

They have been remodeling all their units too so if you're going to be a new tenant you are getting a newly renovated unit. There is a big fenced in dog park. And the hot tub is indoor so it is open year round! The clubhouse was also fully remodeled last year, so it's all new and beautiful. There's even a dog wash station in the clubhouse! They are really good about cleaning their amenities which is so nice because I have lived in many apartments growing up and I would never set foot in their pools. But the pool, hot tub and gym at Sturbridge are always cleaned and maintained. Everyone in the office and the maintenance team are all so amazing and helpful. Turn around time for a maintenance request is usually quick and done if not the same day then the very next day. I loved all the attention to detail from the staff when it came to decorating for the holidays! I only left because I got married and I am moving out of the country. I do miss living at Sturbridge and highly recommend anyone looking for an apartment to check them out and take a tour!

Julie took the time to show me everything she had available and all models. I think I spent over an hour with her and she never seemed rushed or hurried. We were not allowed to tour our apartment until 2 days before our move in date. We have a shared garage unit and as you can see by the picture it's mostly trash. They said that this was a garage, not a storage unit because you have a storage unit included in your apartment. They said this was going to be cleaned up which it wasn't. When me moved into our apartment it wasn't even move in ready. The window is broke and still broke no updates on when they're going to fix it. The flooring and the carpet are both coming apart. We have a 10 month old baby and my boyfriend was almost physically attacked by a lady who literally was having a manic episode. Management did not reach out to us to apologize or let the other tenants know that the crazy lady still lives and is living in our building. Unfortunately, we're stuck here. So let me save you the trouble and run. Way too much money we're spending every month for the amount of issues we're dealing with. Absolutely ridiculous.
