They charged me the full mending fee and forgot to mentioned that they ruined the garment. The value is poor. They should have comped the service for a better value. I wouldn't mind a replacement garment either. It was a beautiful garment and I am so sad.

I wasn't upset I figured we're human. So I went back explained what happened figuring they would happily take care of it. After all it wasn't just one pant leg. Smh they asked me to leave my pants and they would have the owner call me. I never got a call back. So I went back a few days later and they haven't fixed the pants and still no owner. She told me sure, just pick out the ones I needed. I picked out a white shirt and black pants. When I came to pick up, the lady said I had picked out a women's pant and thought I might have done that by mistake so she also did one of my black pants also. It was actually my wife's pant that we needed but it's nice that she cared enough to do that. Also on Christmas Eve, she called to remind me that they were closing early in case I needed my clothes for Christmas. I had forgotten and I did need my clothes so I really appreciated that.
