The main issue has been a noticeable decline in customer service, especially when addressing discrepancies. On a recent visit, I picked up a suit and three dress shirts. One of the shirts had a visible mark that I had already brought to their attention during a previous visit. I was told it would be taken care of, but when I picked it up days later, the issue had not been resolved. When I politely brought it up again, the response I received felt dismissive. The staff's tone, body language, and overall attitude came across as unprofessional and unwelcoming. I asked to speak with a manager, and while she did offer a refund, the interaction felt rushed and lacked the level of attentiveness I would expect--especially for a long-time customer. Additionally, I've noticed that basic cleaning standards don't seem inconsistent. For example, dirt on shirt collars that I've had successfully removed at other cleaners was left unaddressed here, with explanations that didn't align with my past experiences elsewhere. At over $40 for a suit and a few shirts, this service is not inexpensive, so I expect both quality results and respectful customer care. Instead, resolving issues has become inconvenient and time-consuming, including delays that have impacted my schedule. After two years of loyalty, it's frustrating to feel like concerns are not taken seriously. One of the worst dry cleaners I have ever been to. Clothes have never been ready when promised. On multiple occasions I had to wait an additional week to get all of my clothes back. When clothes are not ready on time staff will tell you their delivery truck is running behind and it will be ready tomorrow. Then you show up the next day and it's still not there. A couple of times I have had to go back three or four times to get all of my clothes because only certain pieces will be ready at different times even though they gave me a pick up date where everything will be ready. I definitely would not recommend these cleaners if you expect to have your clothes back promptly read more

This place is travesty to the dry cleaning business. I have lived in the Rancho Vista area for 35 years and have used this business off and on, under different management, always with good results. My wife took in two children's coats and got an estimate of $18.00. However, when she went to pick them up it was $36.00. My wife reiterated she asked what it would cost to get the coats dry cleaned. They never mentioned the estimate was per item. It would behoove these people to be honest and detailed about doing business. At least apologize for the miscommunication, but they wouldn't even do that. read more

I use this cleaner 1-3 times a week to get my business attire dry cleaned and pressed. I've used other dry cleaning services around this area, but this one has been the best. I like how convenient this place is for me--it takes only a few minutes for me to drop off and pick up my clothes. I also like the texting alert I get that tells me when my order is ready to be picked up. I highly recommend this business. read more

Very unhappy with my experience here. I've been swamped with mandatory overtime, 2 weddings, bachelor party, and 2 birthdays--so it's taken me a week to get around to this: They did not hem the slacks I was to wear to one of those weddings. I picked it up the morning of, after giving it to them 5 days prior--AND PAYING for it. The stitching came undone on my suit jacket from merely a dry cleaning--didn't notice until I put it on just before leaving for said wedding. I ended up frantically looking for a sew kit and stitching it myself. But most egregiously, when I notified them, the girl that was there had no idea what to do or say. She told me to call a different shop because her boss was there. I called twice, no answer. Google said they were closed. I asked her to call him and notify him. She said she was texting him as we were speaking. I asked for them to call me back. NOT ONCE. No apologies. No offers to resolve, fix, or refund. DO NOT GO HERE! read more

Be careful here. I was quoted 18 dollars for a simple hem. Upon pick up it magically jumped to 25.00 with zero explanation. I attempted to reach out privately and they chose not to respond. I'm so sad because when this was Silver Hanger I had a fantastic business relationship with them. Georges cleaners off Lancaster blvd is fabulous just not as convenient to my home but that's where I'll be taking all of my future business. Avoid this places shady business practices at all costs. Went in due to being the closest place. Had put a rush on my suit pants, and dropped two other pants off. Got them the same day. So I paid for extra and others were done way in advance. The dress pants were solid but for the jeans when I had gone in twice due to me not mentioning I wanted taper, they came out really expensive and overall wonky looking and feeling. Haven't tried the other pants on yet but not excited as the jeans which I was paying more for would be disappointing. Granted, it's not Levi's or name brand jeans. Total was $90 for 3 pants. I've paid less for the same exact services and done faster elsewhere. The people who attended me were really nice and when I called they were nice as well. read more

Took in my expensive jeans for a cleaning. Got them back and they look the exact same as before i brought them in. None of the stains came out apparently. Furthermore, the woman tried to charge me double ($17) for the cleaning. If I didn't confront her and tell her the other worker told me it would be $8.75 i would've gotten scammed. There's something sketchy about this location I wouldn't recommend going there. Saw other reviews of the business overcharging customers for alterations and cleanings and this is true from my experience. Will be taking my business elsewhere read more

Was charged over $100 for a dress alterations. Person that helped me from the beginning couldn't give me a price for the total because she had to put it in the system but that I would get a notification via text. Never received one of I would of known it was going to cost over $100 to alter the dress I would of never agreed. Feels like this place takes advantage of situations like this by hiding prices from customers. read more

I took some men's tops in to get the neckline opened up for my 90 year old father. He has lost so much weight I had to get him teen age sizes but neckline too tight. They did a great job at figuring out what I needed and the price was very reasonable. They came out looking like they were made that way. read more

Asked while dropping off a white dress shirt if they could remove dry red wine stains and was told yes. Go to pick it up I get charged first then handed the shirt and it's still completely stained! Never coming back since the lady who was there didn't care one bit. I could have washed the shirt myself at home... And I did manage to get the stains out myself. read more

Do not expect customers service here. I took in two pair of sweat pants and a shirt. The pants needed hemming (the old hems were coming out) and the shirt needed elbow patches. I was quoted $20 for each sweat pant and $12 for the shirt patches. I was surprised by the high prices, but paid. My Mistake ! The clothes were not ready on 18th of Oct as promised. I was told I would be called when they came in. No call. I stopped by on the 20th and they were not ready. I called on the 23rd and was told the seamstress said they needed cleaning before she would work on them. Priced at $13. I blew my top and said I would be over to pick up my belongings and get my refund of $52. And the man on the phone had the gall to tell me to not talk to him in a loud voice (I never used a foul word but my voice volume went up). Any one would be pissed by this kind of service. Do not use this cleaner as the terrible service and high prices are a ripoff ! read more

Long story short: They performed and charged me for services I didn't ask for and when I asked for a refund for the services that I specifically asked them not to do, they denied me a refund and did not take responsibility for the miscommunication between the staff regarding how my items needed to be handled. None of my items were ruined, but the way the staff handled my concern from the beginning isn't something I'd like to go through again. Do NOT under ANY circumstances use these people. They are con artists! I took in some curtains to be cleaned and they refused to quote me a price and told me I would have to wait until they were done to know how much. That should have been my signal to take my curtains and leave. When I got the bill it was almost $400! I called to complain and was told she would talk to the manager. While I waited for their response, I found a full replacement with a national chain for $100. These people came back with $200. I said that I could replace the whole set for less than that and they refused to budge any more so I told them they can keep those. My only fault is not demanding a cost estimate and refusing to leave my curtains without one. Won't do that again but any place that will not tell you up front the cost of a service is unworthy of anyone's business. I promise one thing, I won't got back here again. read more

I've been going to this cleaners for some years now. Things continue to change. First thing is they don't provide you the total in advance. After your items are completed they throw a big price on you. It also appears they change the price on their alterations whenever they please. I sent several items to them for alterations, and suddenly I receive a call telling me they have to charge me double the amount for one of the items which made no sense as I gave them several of the same items. How does one cost double. The last couple of times we picked up, they didn't press a dress shirt. It was wrinkled just as we gave it to them. Had to call them and drive back down to return it to have it done correctly. Days later, realized an item was altered only on one side. Although we paid for it initially, I was recharged when I returned it to be fixed correctly. Not sure if this cleaners was bought by someone else or the receptionist and seamstress are just not capable of accurate, fair, or professional service. I'm no longer using their service and would not recommend them. read more

I am not one to make reviews, but here it goes. I am EXTREMELY pleased with this dry cleaners. I think they were the only cleaners in the area open on a Sunday. Not too long ago I went in with my mother and father needing a suit altered. I ended up stepping out to the store next door a bit and let my parents talk to the young lady working there. My parents told me they struggled to tell her what they needed done to their suit in English and when the young lady replied to them in Spanish they were so happy and relieved. She gave my parents the reassurance they needed about the suit being altered just how they would want it. When I came back in she greeted me - super friendly. As we were ready to leave she even offered us some snacks and water on the table. I can't wait for them to open back up. They do a beautiful job. Detail oriented on things like lapels and embellished items. Best job in town on King comforters imo. They come out like new. And everything smells fresh, clean, not like chemicals. Conscientious owners. This dry cleaning service has the worst customer service. It's under new management. I went in to get my pants hemmed I was quoted $13. Days later I went in to pick my pants up and was told it was now $15 because they ironed my pants. I told the owner I never requested any other service and should not have to pay for anything additional. She stood quiet and took my credit card and charged me the $15. I said, "I'll never use this cleaners again." that was enough to have her throw $2.00 on the counter along with my credit card. Customer service is not what it used to be. Enter this cleaners at your own risk my new rugs were ruined they are dry clean only but as washed instead, the weave was puckered and shrunk took them back they tried to stretch them out. Picked them up still not right the owners are the most rudest people I have ever encountered refused to make it right. I used this cleaners for the first time a couple of months ago. I needed my rugs cleaned due to a spill on them. Before leaving the rugs, I asked the you gentleman if they cleaned these type of rugs. He politely said yes. I left the rugs to be cleaned. When I picked up the rugs, they were ruined. I was horrified. When I mentioned to the lady,that was there at the time, that my rugs were ruined. She was extremely rude to me. I'm trying to talk and explain, she cuts me off saying they are not responsible. Horrible horrible experience. Long story short, I strongly do not recommend this cleaners. I understand things like that can happen but to be so rude to me like it was my fault and not offer any compensation for my rugs, not even an apology,that is unheard of. The worst service ever.
