The issue I have is they left knowing the UV filter was not working correctly, and the pressure valve was busted on my pump. Called after they left and someone showed up today to repair. Grant was awesome! Had him remove the UV system because it's been more problem than help, remove the pressure valve for backwash and install a drain plug. Still have a little leak on one of the inputs and may have to call, but in the end, they helped us and we'll continue to use them.

Today I called to discuss my bill ($587.57 for 1 month) after being charged $168.87 for 13 bags of salt - we don't have a salt water pool!?! They also charged $60 x4 for cleaning the pool and checking/adding chemicals but they never once vacuumed our pool, checked skimmer baskets or filter basket. Not once! Even after I text to ask that they empty them. They are also supposed to text before arrival. Some weeks I never got a text, so did they actually show up? Or just bill me? We could typically tell if they did arrive as our water was always crystal clear- until they arrived, then for 2-3 days after it would be cloudy... My current bill also reflects they added 4 or 5lbs of shock, along with 5 lbs alkalinity and Ph. EVERY WEEK!? And finally the bill has dates that don't match the text thread. When I politely questioned all of this I could hear a gentleman in the background explaining to another caller/person that they'd get a reimbursement and possibly call another pool company. I was told my bill would be wiped clear but I needed to go elsewhere for pool service. Really? Although that was our next step, it truly shows their true customer service.

I've been to this store only for light bulbs for my awkward ceiling fan. The very first visit, they…read moresuggested an adapter for the ceiling fan since the original bulb was difficult to find. From that point on I've frequented a few times and each time I'm greeted with a smile and helped right away. Today was no different. I had two gentleman assist me with the light bulb purchase and they were very nice and friendly. I am glad that there is a store near by that can assist me without me having to run around the store looking for help. They are located in the lot by Lowe's and next to a Mexican restaurant. There were a few other customers in the store, but that didn't delay anyone coming to help me. I will continue to purchase from this store for as long as they are around and they have been around A VERY LONG TIME!
