They cleaned up after themselves when they had to come to their house. They were very respectful of our home and really just wanted to do a good job. Paul and Teresa are the owners and they were very easy to work with their price was very good and when Paul visit us to talk to us about this originally, he was not pushy. He wasn't long winded. He wanted to know what we wanted and then told us what her options were. I will do business with him again at some point I'm sure and if you want to Generac, we called all over town and he was not the cheapest but the next cheapest but did a fantastic job. He went above and beyond to figure out what was going on. Turns out, it was Gibson Electric's problem, although I had called them first and they came out and said it was not on their end. Jay spent hours getting to the root of the problem so we could get the heat back on. Jay is so nice, and very through. He was great! I saw him recommended by someone on Next-door and I'm so glad I called him. If you need electrical work he's your guy - you won't find anyone more reasonable, who takes such pride in his work, and who is so darn nice!

This is poor service on a contract YOU sold me and for an appointment that YOU made and for YOU not responding to my messages.
