Disappointed in the service I received. I gave clear directions 4-5 times and what I requested was very simple. I have had it done at other salons with zero issues. The guy was very rude and bothered and complained the whole time. He shouldn't be doing this job if he is so unhappy with nail polish. He didn't do any clean up of the skin all around the nails. It looks messier than when I paint them myself. I won't be back because of this guy, and I will be advising my many friends who regularly get their nails done to do the same. P.S. The girl sitting next to me also had a guy doing her nails, and she was repeatedly complaining and asking him to fix hers and one of the female employees had to come and fix it for him. Great service, very friendly! They immediately greeted me and asked what I wanted. Answered in confidence that it could be done. During my service, my nail tech became a little aggressive with the file and clippers. My nail bed on my index finger started bleeding. I'm not confrontational at all, and allowed it to just run it's course. Then when i went to pay, I noticed a deep cut on another finger that was starting to bleed. With tip, I spent $110. I came because I was recommended this place through some ladies I know who get their nails done here. I made an appointment through their Facebook page and I showed a picture of what I wanted done and they said that it was doable. However, when I came in to get my nails done at 1:30 pm, I didn't even leave until 4:30 pm because they were very short staffed. It wasn't because they were short staffed that I am writing this review. I legitimately had such an awful experience with the nail tech who did my nails because I showed him a picture of my nails and when I had changed my mind because I realized he was not able to do the nail design I wanted, he told me that he would charge $20 more just to take it off. He continuously told me that there was nothing wrong with my nails even though I wasn't happy with the shape and design. At one point, he even handed me the hand file because he grew frustrated that I wasn't happy with the shape. After a while, he talked to the owner to clarify the situation and I told her that I wasn't happy with the nails and that it looks bad. The owner just said to take the design off and just do it in the base acrylic color I had on with top coat (which was what I wanted after I realized I couldn't get the design I wanted). By the time he removed the gel, he resorted to leaving remnants of the old gel polish that I had him remove. Not to mention, my nails are so flat it looks like I glued on $10 Kiss stick-on nails from Walmart. In the end, my patience ran thin and I ended up leaving and just paid because I was already there for about 3 1/2 hours. I do have to say the owner was very nice and friendly and even offered me 20% off because of my experience. The owner also said to contact her if there were any issues with the nails. But my visit was just really bad that I don't think I can drive 30 minutes just to "maybe" have a positive experience. I know the salon has come out with very good work done by other nail techs, but I do recommend that you do your research when you're making an appointment. If you're coming in for something intricate for your nail design, make sure to get it done with someone who can actually give you the results you want. I truly mean it when I say this, but this is probably the best place in Clarksville to get your nails done. I have been to many other nail salons in town but this one really takes the cake. I had gone in around 10:30 AM on a Monday and the staff was super nice and accommodating. Tom did my nails and they were absolutely gorgeous. Probably one of the best nail sets I have ever had. Got my nails done by the make with tattoos and asked for a French tip full set. He priced me at $85.00 dollars. Showed him a picture and when he was done i didn't like my nails. The french tips where not all the same, had polish on my hands. He also did my pedicure and cut my big toe. When he was done i told him i didn't like my french tip and asked kindly if he can fix it and he said all he can do is remove the white gel off and nothing else because i didn't like his work. Refused to do any other design or polish over my nails. I was not rude or anything and they were not busy at all and he allowed me to leave unhappy with my nails. They just want your money here. Took my 14 year old neice for a fill. She has never had nails before now. I was in the car and she texted me telling me her nails were to long and that she kept telling him and he wasn't listening to her now was her nails looking like the picture she showed him. I asked her what she meant as with a fill you dont get length. She told me the man soaked them off. My daughter then went in to see what the problem was and the man told her it would be $60. My daughter expressed that was unacceptable for a fill and that he had no right to soak her nails off and he was taking advantage qt which point the man became mute and ignored us and grabbed my neices grand and cut then shorter. I then came in as another lady came over and said that there was language barrier and she would charge us 50 for a new set and he was trying to charge us 60. He very roughly finished her nails. They are jagged, uneven and have stuff all underneath. I went to pay and my neice was in tears and just wanted to leave. Total ended up being $40.50. The lady apologized but never offered to fix her nails. Again saying a language barrier when the man started yelling in their native language and she ignored him. Pictues are what she wanted, what she got and the jagged nails with stuff underneath and way to thick.Will NEVER be back. read more

Not even a week into having them. Not even almost a week. They fell apart. Literally the same NIGHT I did them, the diamonds started to fall out and that's that did my nails right before they closed and went right home and straight to sleep. I can't show it through pictures but even the top coat doesn't cover all the polish. The the actual polish (as you can see) doesn't cover the whole nail. (The sides of) my nails are fuggly . On both hands. My nails are came out extremely thick like I might as well have glued rock to my fingers. Really ridiculous. My nails have fallen apart in a matter of 3 days. They don't look good, they didn't even look good leaving the shop. I went back to fix the nail that popped off and it went like this: The girl who who sits to the front of the shop with the blonde hair is extremely unprofessional. She was mad, I was mad, (that) they did a HORRIBLE job on my nails. She kept giving me an attitude and when I gave it back she started talking in her language to her family/coworkers/w.e. they are, then proceeded to speak about me indirectly to her customers (while I'm sitting right next to her and the customer who's nails she's doing ) SHE even LITERALLY SCREAMED across the whole shop "UGHHHHHHHHH I WANNA GO HOMEEEE PEOPLE ARE PISSING ME OFFFF" like... girl what you think I'm feeling cause of you and your dumb little coworkers? Anyways. This face beastly also tried to tell me I "had" to make an appointment to get my 1 nail fixed that popped off within 3 days of them doing 'em. Ohhh, and Before I was given this suggestion I was asked if I wanted to just redo my whole set... at FULL PRICE. . As if it's my fault they did a job and I should pay for a whole new set again to makeup for THEIR job. As if it wasn't just 4 days ago I just got this set done right at this very shop. Mind you, Acrylics are supposed to last at LEAST up to 2 weeks when done right. I went in on the 4th day. Thankfully I was on vacation though and not working cause instead of lasting me 2 or 3 days it wouldn't have last me more than a couple of hours into the next day at my job. The location is beautiful and staff relatively nice to your face. But as I sat there I noticed them laughing and talking a lot. Which is fine but after I noticed one of them cross themselves, look at me, and make a bad excuse saying it was cold in the store (it was not) I knew who they were laughing and talking about. Since that moment I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. I will not be returning. I tried this location based on the word of a friend and was very disappointed.
