Full set with powder. Cut the side of my ring finger

Great service, very friendly! They immediately greeted me and asked what I wanted. Answered in confidence that it could be done. During my service, my nail tech became a little aggressive with the file and clippers. My nail bed on my index finger started bleeding. I'm not confrontational at all, and allowed it to just run it's course. Then when i went to pay, I noticed a deep cut on another finger that was starting to bleed. With tip, I spent $110. I love the nails! Love them. However my fingers are cut up pretty bad for a $100 nail visit

I came because I was recommended this place through some ladies I know who get their nails done here. I made an appointment through their Facebook page and I showed a picture of what I wanted done and they said that it was doable. However, when I came in to get my nails done at 1:30 pm, I didn't even leave until 4:30 pm because they were very short staffed. It wasn't because they were short staffed that I am writing this review. I legitimately had such an awful experience with the nail tech who did my nails because I showed him a picture of my nails and when I had changed my mind because I realized he was not able to do the nail design I wanted, he told me that he would charge $20 more just to take it off. He continuously told me that there was nothing wrong with my nails even though I wasn't happy with the shape and design. At one point, he even handed me the hand file because he grew frustrated that I wasn't happy with the shape. After a while, he talked to the owner to clarify the situation and I told her that I wasn't happy with the nails and that it looks bad. The owner just said to take the design off and just do it in the base acrylic color I had on with top coat (which was what I wanted after I realized I couldn't get the design I wanted). By the time he removed the gel, he resorted to leaving remnants of the old gel polish that I had him remove. Not to mention, my nails are so flat it looks like I glued on $10 Kiss stick-on nails from Walmart. In the end, my patience ran thin and I ended up leaving and just paid because I was already there for about 3 1/2 hours. I do have to say the owner was very nice and friendly and even offered me 20% off because of my experience. The owner also said to contact her if there were any issues with the nails. But my visit was just really bad that I don't think I can drive 30 minutes just to "maybe" have a positive experience. I know the salon has come out with very good work done by other nail techs, but I do recommend that you do your research when you're making an appointment. If you're coming in for something intricate for your nail design, make sure to get it done with someone who can actually give you the results you want. Otherwise you'd be left disappointed.

    Nails trimmed and dip powdered

I went into today on a whim because i had removed my acrylics last night, they got me right in. Facilities were clean and the technician was gentle and polite. dip powder on my nail was $45. I'd go back.

Tina did an amazing job on my dip powder nails and french tip on my toes! The music was extremely calming. I went in a bit anxious and feeling hectic, but their atmosphere was very relaxed. The

My first time I left with beautiful nails..Very expensive Please ask for prices 1st...Only problem i have is when a client gets out of chair .. THEY DO NOT SANITIZE. I ask for the chair and arm area to be wiped down..Kevin acted like he didn't understand..

I truly mean it when I say this, but this is probably the best place in Clarksville to get your nails done. I have been to many other nail salons in town but this one really takes the cake. I had gone in around 10:30 AM on a Monday and the staff was super nice and accommodating. Tom did my nails and they were absolutely gorgeous. Probably one of the best nail sets I have ever had. Not only was he super nice but he also took his time and took pride in his craft. This place truly deserves five stars maybe even more if I could give it. Thank you POSH!!

    $85 french tip full set

Got my nails done by the make with tattoos and asked for a French tip full set. He priced me at $85.00 dollars. Showed him a picture and when he was done i didn't like my nails. The french tips where not all the same, had polish on my hands. He also did my pedicure and cut my big toe. When he was done i told him i didn't like my french tip and asked kindly if he can fix it and he said all he can do is remove the white gel off and nothing else because i didn't like his work. Refused to do any other design or polish over my nails. I was not rude or anything and they were not busy at all and he allowed me to leave unhappy with my nails. They just want your money here. The prices are ridiculous and the nail work does not match their prices!

    Different thickened and awful looking.

Took my 14 year old neice for a fill. She has never had nails before now. I was in the car and she texted me telling me her nails were to long and that she kept telling him and he wasn't listening to her now was her nails looking like the picture she showed him. I asked her what she meant as with a fill you dont get length. She told me the man soaked them off. My daughter then went in to see what the problem was and the man told her it would be $60. My daughter expressed that was unacceptable for a fill and that he had no right to soak her nails off and he was taking advantage qt which point the man became mute and ignored us and grabbed my neices grand and cut then shorter. I then came in as another lady came over and said that there was language barrier and she would charge us 50 for a new set and he was trying to charge us 60. He very roughly finished her nails. They are jagged, uneven and have stuff all underneath. I went to pay and my neice was in tears and just wanted to leave. Total ended up being $40.50. The lady apologized but never offered to fix her nails. Again saying a language barrier when the man started yelling in their native language and she ignored him. Pictues are what she wanted, what she got and the jagged nails with stuff underneath and way to thick. Will NEVER be back.

L'mour is the salon I tried as a follow up and it did not disappoint. In fact, they surpassed all my expectations. For my pedicure, Dong was my technician and was kind and attentive. He brought me a glass of wine (they offer white wine, red wine, soda, and water) and set me up with the massage chair (yes, massage chairs!). Then he got to work. I tried their premium service with the works and it was worth every penny! Dong really worked on my nails, getting every hang nail, digging out my cuticles, cutting away dead skin, and he cut my nails straight across to avoid ingrown nails. He also really attacked my calluses! With what looked like a cheese grater (it wasn't painful). The amount of skin he removed was astonishing (sorry for the gross picture, but I had to show the absolute crazy amount of callus he removed even though I get a pedicure once a month). He did all sorts of soaks and rubs and hot towels. Hot stones too. Two rounds of very thorough and satisfying foot and leg massage. And he brought me another glass of wine during! The whole experience was over 90 minutes and was 70 dollars, which is an amazing value! They have several different types of pedicures using various products and oils, collage treatments, mud masks, sea salt soaks, mineral baths, detox and exfoliating treatments and more. They also offer manicure options. Dong came highly recommended from my hair stylist and I'm so glad to have finally found someone to tame my gnarly feet. I've already made my next appointment!

My gel manicure took longer than usual, the edges we not very neat, and they started chipping after only a few days (that's never happened anywhere else!!). Not to mention, they don't use liners in the pedicure bowls!! They "clean" them between, of course, but I'm not too keen on busy worker's sanitation skills or consistency nor the dingy look of their pedi bowls. I ended up getting them done at a random shop while out of town and was very pleased. This was the first place I tried in Clarksville, so I have nothing to compare it to here, but I won't be going back. Hopefully I find a place that matches the quality of most other nail shops I "happen upon."

However she said she tried to "squeeze someone in" before me causing my appointment to be late. Yet, as stated, the pedicure was fantastic(which is why I gave 3 stars), aside from the topcoat not being properly applied to avoid shrinkage. I made an appointment for a week later (today) to get my nails done. I got a call yesterday to see if I could come early for timing purposes. Then today I got a call saying my appointment was cancelled because she is running 2 hours behind and that I would have to reschedule for next weekend. As if I wanted to wait another week to get my nails done. Now I have to go elsewhere.
