Went there today for a manicure. I knew after 5 minutes that I was not in for a treat. The place is not clean like they say. The table was dirty. The thing you lean your wrists on was yuck. The soup bowl that you put your fingers in with water gets dumped out and put in a drawer. Who knows why, maybe they reuse it. I don't know. The way the man cut my cuticles was wild, bending my hands all around like a pretzel. My cuticles are in the pic. They look like crap. The owner really wanted a good review, but I'd be lying if I did that. To start, I removed one star for pricing. It seems as if I pay a different amount each time I visit; however, I keep coming back because the service by both my techs Jenni and Andy are always superb. I prefer builder gel on my natural nails to enhance their strength without compromising a natural look. My first visit for builder gel (only) was back in December and my second visit was yesterday! Jenni did an amazing job on both sets! Will do a better job about visiting bi-weekly to retain length! Andy completes my gel pedicure during my monthly visits and always has a smile on his face! So I went back for dip powder, twice now actually. First time I didn't post bc my nails were beyond short and I hated the color (both on me, I take full responsibility) This time the overall appearance is pretty decent. I did have to file/buff a couple spots because of who I am as person ( I was spoiled by a perfectionist for 3 years in NC). Not so sure if this is my go to spot yet as they didn't offer a manicure with the dip, completely skipped my cuticles and dry edges on my left hand (pictured) and no hand massage. I still remember when nail salons offered shoulder massages while getting services but I'd have been happy with a hand massage and at least some lotion after. The guy was clicking his gum behind his mask too which was kinda irritating but so does not affect my nails appearance which is the test of time. Appearance is why they get a 4. The other stuff may be personal preference but it's a review and the things mentioned are all part of the experience for me. Will definitely be getting my pedis from here regardless. The smoother pedi smell is great and jasmine did a great job. She hasn't been there the last two times tho so hopefully she's still employed there read more

First off, they were nice and pleasant. The chatter from the techs was at a minimum and the atmosphere was welcoming. Coming from the heart of Los Angeles where prices were sky high I didn't expect prices here to be equal. I've gone to high end salons and the prices would make you buckle, so when I paid $65 for a mani (gel) and reg pedi I was surprised and disappointed. These are Los Angeles prices. My person (a guy) did a very nice job with my pedi and was methodical and attentive and they looked great. I was moved to the mani section and I wait 40 mins. I was annoyed as I was 20 minutes early and the guy that helped me on the pedi moved to another girl and did her nails before me (and she came after me). My services took me over 2 hours to finish. The guy that finally helped me was simply confused, he didn't really seem to get what I wanted. I previously asked about gel vs gel powder price an "in charge" person said the powder was $5 more (from the $35 gel mani), so for $40 I would try it. When the guy started my nails he said the "manicure" for the powder was $10 more so essentially $50 dollars, way more than I was told. I tired to get them to explain it and 3 people pipped in and said "because powder dip" , how is that different than a manicure before polish of any kind, NO ONE could tell me. I said NO and went back to my original request. It was a little tense after that because the whole shop seemed to hear, and I wasn't backing down. I appreciate the economy and people have to make a living, but if you can't explain to a customer why there is a price difference you shouldn't be changing prices on the spot. It's run by Vietnamese owners and workers (English is their second language), I can appreciate the hard work and the work ethic of anyone, but don't randomly change a price on the spot and not explain why there is a difference and if it can't be verbalized then have it in writing (which I never saw a price list) All in all - I would go back, but be more aware of pricing and service - my experience was ok and my nails look nice. read more

I am one that religiously gets my feet done but I have since had to stop going due to negligence on their part. Be weary of the cleanliness at this salon. I AM IN LOVE. I was stationed at fort Campbell and just finished my contract in the army. After years of short nude nails, I needed something the COMPLETE opposite to celebrate my new found freedom as a civilian. I also wanted to celebrate getting my femininity back the nail tech did an AMAZING job bringing my dream to life. She was so talented with the dip making it smooth and not too thick. During all drilling and filing it did not hurt at all and she regularly checked to make sure it did not. She also was super patient with me picking the colors and then she did so well mimicking the designs as well (despite us getting some side eye from other customers for seeming crazy getting so many colors ) I WILL be coming back here in the future. BEST nail salon experience I have ever had! Careful attention to details and fantastic customer service. I went here to get my nails done in preparation for my wedding. The pedicure was the most relaxing pedicure I've ever had in my life. The massage was wonderful and my toes look great. I asked for acrylic nails with a French tip ombre as well as a nail art design on my ring fingers. Not only did Shara do an excellent job with the ombre, the nail art looks FANTASTIC and is exactly what I wanted. Using a photo, she modeled the floral design off of my wedding dress exactly!! All of this plus the fact that all of my services together came out to only $100 with all of the extras (acrylic tips, French tips, ombré, #2 pedicure...) I first had Harry who did an amazing job on my nails and I went to two other salons afterward (closed proximity to my home) and they did not even compare. If I didn't have an issue health wise it would be a 5 star rating! Super nice and great pedicure BUT I got 2 small warts on the bottom of my foot within a little over a week from being here! Went to Dr and he said it's from unsanitary conditions which had to of been the utensils because I watched as they change the longer in the foot bath! Unsatisfactory with my experience at this spa. I would not recommend! I will not be returning and only visited because of the high ratings. I received a pedicure today by Ken and the only part I enjoyed was his massage. He buffed my nails with the electric tools, never applied cuticle softener, didn't push ny cuticles back nor cut my cuticles. I alerted Ken that he hadn't cut them and the manager was applying acrylic to fix my toe nail. I asked Ken when he would be cutting my cuticles and due to the language barrier, he didn't seem to understand. I pointed and gestured reminding him to cut my cuticles to which the manager interjected stating that they had been cut. I informed him they had not been as the tools had not touched my nails. The manager proceeds to explain to me that they had been cut to which I cancelled the paraffin service and almost pressed the issue by asking them to review the cameras. Mind you, the manager was not observing him do my pedicure so for him to insist that it was done was inappropriate, inaccurate and unprofessional. read more

I decided to try a new place I am from out of town but I drive to Clarksville for my nails and eyelashes. I saw Royal nail on my way to my first appointment and when I arrived my pedicure was amazing but the man who did my full set nails did a horrible job. I told him I needed them short for my job and he said oh you cannot do a coffin shape with short nails yet I've been doing it for years He still left them long after I told him they were still too long they're all uneven lengths, He kept tapping the light every time he needed my hand And then said it was basically my fault that my nails weren't dry yet he was tapping for my hand to put another coat on so it was his fault I was very disappointed I've been getting my nails done for years and I've never had such poor quality and service from a nail salon I work really hard to do nice things like this for myself as a single mom and it really ticks me off that businesses allow this type of service especially a new salon probably not the best way to start out. read more
