But Alana and team designed a compassionate medium-term plan for our non-socialized just-before-pandemic pup to gradually introduce her to other people and other dogs. The Posh Paws team is wonderful! Since we moved to CA almost 3 years ago, they have helped us care for our two and then three big dogs with walks and overnight stays. When we adopted our new girl, Alana sent the crew over to meet our scared rescue to make sure she would be ok with everyone walking her. My husband and I have been using Alana and Posh Paws for just over year now for our two boxers and we couldn't be happier with the level of service and care they provide to our "kids". Alana is incredibly understanding of our constantly changing schedule and travel. Most recently one of our dogs has needed medication mid-day due to an injury and Alana and her team have been great not only about keeping him on schedule but also with updating us on his daily progress and checking in during the weekend and after vet appointments so that they can be informed of any changes in his treatment plan. It is that level of service and taking that extra step that makes me feel confident that my two "kids" are getting the best care around. Moca was rescued off of the streets of L.A., she has the scars both inside and out to prove it. Loves people, but animals are a huge problem. Alana walks Moca solo at least twice a week. The other 5 days Moca waits at the door hoping to hear Alana drive up. Moca isn't the only one in the house who adores Alana. It is so refreshing to deal with someone with such a great work ethic. Alana and her crew have been socializing my Penny for a year and a half! Off Penny goes on adventures through the Coastal Bluffs and back she is returned, clean and pooped! I have had the pleasure of working with Alana/Posh Paws for the past 3+ years. She began sitting and caring for our 2 cats and fish, and then about a year ago we adopted a puppy. Posh Paws has been a lifesaver for my family and our dog. Alana and her team are reliable, trustworthy and LOVE our dog. They treat her as one of their own. Everyone at Posh Paws goes out of their way to make certain our little girl gets her group walks three times a week and is always there when I make the last minute request to get her out on extra days. Additionally, Alana and her team have watched our dog at home when we have gone away on vacation and have done a superb job! Even when Alana was unavailable to housesit for one day while we were away she provided creative suggestions and recommendations so that we had someone to watch our little girl with mimimal disruption to her schedule. I used to be happy with Posh Paws, but unfortunately not anymore. My family is going through a difficult time right now: balancing full time jobs, a relative in the hospital, and taking care of our dog, who has been part of our family over 15 years. With an important business trip coming up, I was looking to hire Alana and her team to help my family out by walking our dog everyday for one week. Their help during this difficult time is very much needed. I have been trying to get into contact with Alana and her team for the last three weeks. I have text, emailed, and called leaving messages. No one has responded back. Poor customer service, and unprofessional, and rude. Recently, my neighbors have informed that they overheard Alana and her team talking about how my dog is "snippy" sometimes. Posh Paws never told me this in person, and the information is inaccurate. My dog is older, gentle, and mellow. If Posh Paws is using this reason as an excuse to not call me back, it is beyond unprofessional. Businesses with excellent customer service, and who present and conduct themselves in a professional way stay in business for a long time. I am very disappointed in Push Paws, and will be looking for a different Pet Service business. read more

Alana is the best! She is flexible, reliable, and professional. My dog, Roxie, is a Lab/St. Bernard mix. When I leave for work in the morning, I can hear Roxie head upstairs and wait in the window for Alana to come pick her up for the day's adventures to be had. She explores the Coast with Alana, and every once in a while I'll get a picture or video of all the fun she's having with the other dogs. I come home to a tired, happy dog ... and, life is good. Alana and her team are fantastic, they offer a very trustworthy and professional service. They have always been flexible and extremely willing to assist with our sometimes last minute calls for help. It is never too much trouble. Alana has been helping us with our 2 dogs for almost 3 years now. She has looked after them on random one off days as well as during our vacations. She has also been a wonderful house-sitter too, taking great care of our home and ensuring it ticks along as normal. Our dogs love her and her team. We have no doubt they go on lovely long walks. We are kept informed of their welfare when we are away and get to see photos of them on FB on their walks which is a huge comfort. Alana offers a great service and offers a choice of walks, be it a potty break, a 'quick' 2 hour outing or a longer 4 hour outing. It is great to have the choice. Alana clearly loves dogs and is a very warm and generous person. She has a great team too who also clearly love animals and ensure they are all well looked after.
