One fabulous thing about Wiggling Tails is that they do pick up and drop offs in the city! Michael, Martha, and team are excellent communicators and are willing to be flexible. I LOVE all the fun photo shoots they do. They are so creative and go above and beyond. I'm including in my post the Valentine's Day and Mother's Day photo shoots which they framed for me . I have also never once seen the general manager, Jay, step out to help when Nayeli was overwhelmed at the front desk. She consistently handled the situation herself and did an excellent job. Nayeli was a strong asset to this team, and I am deeply disappointed by the decision to let her go. I think I speak for many of the regular clients at WAG when I say that losing her is a real disappointment. If her "availability issues" were related to the fact that she is young and attending school, that is especially unfortunate. Being a student shouldn't erase the value of an employee who works hard, treats clients with kindness, and clearly cares about the people and pets coming through the door. We're truly going to miss talking with her, not just about check-ins and check-outs, but about cars, dogs, vacations, and even venting about a rough day. I get our pup dressed in her harness in the morning, and she's picked up between 9am - 11am dependent on the day's schedule. Second, they put a huge emphasis on safety which provides great peace of mind during the day. Third, our crazy, rambunctious Vizsla is actually tired when she gets home every day. It's usually enough tiredness to carry her through the weekend after a full day of ranching. Vicki and her team are incredibly professional, the pick up/drop off is seamless, and they're very helpful if I ever need to cancel or recheck Lena ranch day. Plus, I get adorable pictures of Cinnamon and her friends uploaded to a Google photos album every few days!
