You enter into a gated parking area, so you can open the door and let your dog out, with out putting a leash on, because they can't get out of the gate. Then the dogs go into ANOTHER gated area, which is the dogs playground. A HUGE area where the dogs can run and play freely. Special care dogs have even ANOTHER smaller area that in inside of the LARGE area. They are separated into their own play ground. The kennel area has plenty of room, and the dogs are secure and safe. My dog Luke is 3 1/2 and he's been going to Claire at Dogs Best Friend since he was a small puppy. She's the ONLY Boarder I use.

She shaved off almost all of my dog's hair except for his head and feet, which is not what I asked for at all. And was very unprofessional!! What upset me even more was that I later found a nick near my dog's private area, and no one said a word to me about it. If an accident happens, I understand that mistakes can occur, but I expect honesty and communication. Not telling me about an injury to my dog is unacceptable. I trusted them with my pet, and I left feeling disappointed, frustrated, and like my concerns weren't respected. HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND

Awful way to handle business and at this point I wouldn't even trust my babies with them anymore!!! It's very upsetting to be lied to and treated this way with no explanation.. checked reviews on the page and I see they have done this to others. He seemed sad after coming from this place and I thought it was bc it was new . Went home and his bottom looked a bit red/pink. The next day he was dragging his bottom and it was swollen . Not the glands but his actual hole. Called the vet and had to be seen. Shame on you.
