No callback, no communication, nothing. Because I couldn't get through to anyone, I had no choice but to go there in person just to ask about appointment availability--only to be told they don't take walk-ins. The lack of basic customer service and communication is unacceptable. If you expect people to schedule ahead, the least you can do is answer your phone. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend unless you have a lot of time and patience to deal with the hassle.

Also, I understood that the salon was located downtown and how I would have to pay for parking because of it, however, I had even asked via text message if they recommended a place to park which they were helpful in sending a picture of one and with it showing their side door for me to enter on the weekend. However, when I got up to the salon, they had asked me for my license plate information to cover or waive the parking expense. Unfortunately, this information wasn't relayed to me in advance that they would be covering the parking expense and the parking lot states you have to pay when you park and when I told her I had already paid for it nobody told me anything even when I asked ahead where to park, Lili's response was "oh well next time." It would have been nice to save the $21.56 that I had spent for 2 hours of parking. Again, super appreciative that they even offer this it's just nice that if it is offered that the information is relayed so I could have appreciated/benefited from it as well.

We didn't use it much but apparently very few hotels have rooftop views. You can access the riverwalk from the hotel via the elevator and access tunnel next to Ostra. The only negative was there was only one elevator working due to renovations but otherwise a great experience.

Preparing for my daughters baby shower and my father's funeral, all within 7 days,. I had my hair done on the 18th but it still showed an appointment for the 19th. They saw me get my hair done. I showed them family photos from when I had my hair done with "T" previously. I was sure the second appointment didn't exist. Today I find out I was charged $220 for a No Show fee. There is a problem with the app and because I made a mistake booking two appointments two days in a row for a weave, I had to pay $235 + $220 =$455.00. Money which I didn't have and it put my account in the negative. "T" is not giving that money back and I think it's shameful. I explained to her the situation and gave a copy showing there was only one appointment in the StyleSeat App but it didn't matter. I will not return for services and "T" could care less that she and the shop lost a customer I've been a customer for years and it matters Not. Toshaunna took my money for services she did not provide. I'm already stressed by the death of my father and now I feel robbed on top of that.
