Absolutely the best service ever! During my visit, I had a Brow Lamination w/ Tint shaping and wax, lash lift/tint, and a Brazilian wax. Jonabella was my esthetician for my brows and lashes. She explained the process thoroughly and let me critique my brows during the process. She constantly asked for my opinion to ensure my brows were the perfect shape for me! Most places don't take the time to make sure your brows are the way you see them! She also reassured I was comfortable during the entire process. Denise preformed my Brazilian wax. She also explained the process thoroughly and made sure I was ready for each pull! Also loved her personality! Lastly, the ambiance is to die for! This is not your typical spa. THE ONLY DOWNSIDE to my experience here is the limited amount of piercing jewel choices you get. as you can see in my photo, the jewels you can choose from is VERY limited. Price is fine. Piercing SERVICE is free so you just pay for the jewel. DON'T FORGET TO TIP! Paulina was so kind and patient with us. We asked so many questions and bombarded her with many things but she did a great job at explaining everything, giving us her professional opinion on our piercing choices, etc. Everything was very hygienic. nothing was reused. I got a lash lift done here and it was an amazing experience! I've never had one before, but this makes me want to go again, of course after 8 weeks because it lasts that long (can you believe it?!). The vibe here immaculate. Like a little peaceful relaxing forest. I almost fell asleep getting the procedure done. Prices vary per person and their experience, but mine was $95 for a lift and tint. You can pay $5 after for castor oil to upkeep and condition your lashes. However I messaged them to let them know about my broken bracelet (October 1st) less than a month from when I first got it (sept 14th). I'm just now back in town and went in today to get the repair and a second bracelet. Turns out she said since it's been more than a month from when it was first put on she had to charge me for the replacement bracelet. Which if I lived local obviously I would have come back that October 1st. It's cute jewelry but don't expect it to last long. If you are from out of town like me I don't recommend going. However, this last time I visited I took my friends to get a massage and It no longer felt like a spa... it was more of a hang out place. I'm saddened I have to come here and share a less than good experience seeing how so many others loved this place. Upon further examination of the reviews I'm noticing no one is receiving the service I had expected to get today. The person who did my facial today deserves 5 stars for her beautiful personality but the service is what matters here. I came in with hopes to get dermaplaning and a chemical peel. Which I was not restricted in anyway on the site nor was I told that the person I chose was not as seasoned as someone with more experience who wouldn't have been weary to try at least one. I believe that if there are tier levels then what I booked should've only been able to been booked with an advanced person. There should've been a setting that did not allow me to book the services OR a check list of things so I could've known I was never going to get what I expected to get and could've just looked around for a place to get it more. A consultation could've even been a requirement for this service to protect both of us in this situation. Now had perla explained what exactly everything she planned to do was before proceeding I would've declined and rebooked for another day after buying the products she recommended (I would've literally bought it all that's how bad I wanted this service done) and going home and getting my skin to the place it needed to be to receive what I wanted. But instead her boss had said either the dermaplaning or the chemical peel so I expected to be receiving one...I received neither. Instead she did what she wanted (I later found out I could've bought from her and done at home) waxed my eyebrows and my lip (my lip needs to be re waxed still after she did it twice) and I STILL ended up paying the price of what I originally booked even though I didn't get what I wanted. Then she says she can do the peel next week...if I would've known from the beginning a week difference was all it took to get what I wanted like I said I would've gone home done what she asked and come back a week later. I'd like to add though I'm in my 30s my skin has pretty much been unproblematic my whole life I was never a child with acne but I've always had dry skin I know for a fact it's not sensitive as I have used aha and bha products in the past I've used glycolic acids and retinols in the past (this year) as well with no harm done. Further communication could've been done to figure this out. I wanted a deeper peel than what I could do at home I had heavily researched what I was asking for before even making the appointment. I cried throughout my appointment and after as well. If you are booking sessions that have a deeper meaning to you, you have a deep vision of how you want your skin to be, or your skin isn't already starting out perfect (again I literally have no acne but I do have old scarring and dry skin) from maintenance this is not the place for you. It's a very cute place but I'm so disappointed in my services today. It's a cute place to go with the girls and get a facial that you don't really need to pamper yourself though. read more
