I was going through marital problems and I was torn on whether I should stay in the marriage or to leave it. I was conflicted in a big way, but Alexa helped me get clear on what my heart really wanted, and encouraged me to 'lean in'. I had been terrified at the thought of leaving the marriage, but our session gave me the courage to ask for a separation (and eventual divorce) that had been overdo.
