Staff is friendly & efficient . Always a good experience when I need to mail something

AVOID POST ALL if you want your package to be shipped via the service you paid for. Mine was not. I paid $130 to ship a package FedEx Priority Overnight for Saturday delivery but the employee created the shipping label incorrectly. As a result, delivery was/is scheduled for Monday. It is a high value package going to a large apartment building in Manhattan. I arranged for the recipient to be there all day on Saturday. Since it will now be delivered on a work day, the package could very easily get lost sitting in a hallway for 10 hours. I spoke to Bill (owner) Saturday morning. This was his response: First thing he said -- "I don't like being bothered on a Saturday morning". He showed absolutely no willingness to even discuss, which added to my frustration. He told me he didn't like my tone. And when I said my husband (a regular customer also) wasn't happy either, Bill said "I'm sure he isn't, he has to listen to you" and hung up the phone. No apology. No attempt to rectify. No refund. Save yourself aggravation and money. Go to the FedEx store around the corner. They are professional, efficient and understand the value of customer service -- everything Post All is not. read more

Service is ALWAYS above and beyond. Funny and easy going staff too. Love coming here! They also have a pre-paid postage box, on good weather days it's outside too, so you can just drop off if you don't need a receipt. read more

I was very surprised to see negative reviews for this business. I have used this Post All MANY times. Sending pre-paid boxes, sending boxes that I am sending myself, buying foam mailing envelopes, etc. The same two men have always waited on me. One a young gentleman and one an older gentleman. They are both very efficient and very friendly! When you sent a box, foam envelope, etc., they automatically give you a couple of prices to choose from depending how fast you want it to get there. Place is a scam and rip off. I sent a flat rate USPS that should have been 21.50 they charged me almost $40. wish i went to the post office and saved $20. Will never use them again! read more

I love this business. I cannot tell you how grateful I am to this company. My daughter desperately needed a book delivered to her ASAP at school in Portsmouth. But she is under strict quarantine because of COVID-19. So, she couldn't go get it. I am in Texas. So, I had to find a way to get the book from a book shop in Middletown to her school in short order. While this is not something this company does, the owner told me he would personally pick up the book and deliver it himself because he felt compelled to help people out during this global pandemic. They are always willing to help you out with packing and you won't go wrong here! I have also used their fax service and scanning services with great results! read more

I stopped here to drop off a UPS package which had a prepaid label which is convenient. I purchased a roll of stamps while I was there and I'll admit, my fault, I didn't review the price before I entered my PIN # and realized when I got home that there was a $6 service charge for a roll of stamps. I have been a customer of PostAll for the past 7 or so years. The folks here are friendly, helpful, and careful with packaging. Plus, there is always parking near the front door and if they see you coming, someone is bound to hop over and open the door or help you out. Ignore the earlier reviews. I sense that in each case the person writing really just wanted to have her package shipped for little or no cost without consideration of the fact that packing a thing actually takes work by someone. read more

I brought an 11" tall ceramic cowboy & horse cookie jar to this Post All to wrap, box, and ship to a family member in Houston Texas. I didn't have the right sized box or packing materials, otherwise I'd have boxed it myself and brought it to the US Post Office. The jar is lightweight - perhaps 7 lbs. I fully expected to pay approximately $25 for shipping from Rhode Island and perhaps $20 for packing. They charged me $72!! I nearly fell over!! When I got home I did a Google search. I found this same cookie jar for sale on ebay by two merchants. They both charged the same fees: $50 to buy the cookie jar and $20 shipping to Houston from RI. I'm appalled by this overcharge. I am giving one star because evidently zero isn't an option. This is BY FAR the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. I accidentally left a charger for my iPad behind in a hotel. The hotel dropped it off there and post all contacted me for payment to return it. The amount ($11) seemed very high to me to ship something so small, given I have shipped several packages to my daughter in college and never paid that much so I asked what I was paying so much for - figuring maybe I could send it for a lower rate. They REFUSED to disclose the fee saying, and I quote "it's like a dollar, dollar and a half for the envelope and then all the other fees to ship it and stuff". What's AND STUFF? Tell me what you're charging me! So I asked for a corporate number (I have no idea the structure of this business) and the response was "this is corporate". Ha! Well that's when I lost my cool. Keep the damn charger thieves. You're not getting one penny from me. read more

TWICE I have had package issues with this place, and seriously how hard is it to mail packages when that is all you do!?!? Once was an eBay sale that never left the back room so a refund had to be offered and it was a p.i.t.a. not to mention taking a rating hit because of these jokers. Then for a favor to a client, I attempted to overnight a package with expected arrival 10am next day....it never showed, instead of heading to NH from RI it instead went to TN and then to NH and the client is now waiting for her cell phone, hoping it shows up. Definitely never going here again and I wouldn't recommend it if you actually want your packages to go where they are supposed to and arrive when they are supposed to. read more
