Since the company was bought out by Primo Water the quality of service has been awful. The delivery fee went from $2/delivery to $14/delivery. The delivery date would be inconsistent and would go months without a delivery. It has now been 9 months without a delivery but I still get charged every month despite trying to close my account. Several times I am overcharged. With every delivery I am supposed to be credited for the empty bottles and then charged for the new ones. The invoice will be marked with the bottles they take but they don't credit me for the returned bottles, but I am charged for the new bottles. This has resulted in being overcharged by $100+! Embarrassing for a large nationwide company. Every time I've reached out to customer service they do not response to their customer service email. Every time i reach out via phone I have to explain everything over again and it's over an hour on the phone every time. Customer service people I've chatted with are very kind. But overall this company is an embarrassment :( Before Crystal Spring was bought out they were fabulous. read more

these guys used to be great- sold to a big national company so service is now outsourced- cannot get direct answer on delivery- when I told them we were out of water, rep told me it would take 2-3 days. when i asked for same day, answer was NO- when i asked for next day she said that she would email them a request and that i would have to login to my account to check and see if it was approved- so no longer ordering, now requesting.... read more

Now called Crystal Rock is terrible - inept, incapable of delivering to downtown Newport. Crystal springs was the best and had excellent customer serivce with extremely friendly people. The company has now been acquired by a larger operation based in Colorado (or at least that's where their call center operator says they're located) and they failed to delever on several occassions. There is nothing challenging about our location, they just never made a delivery after we made arrangements several times. Very disappointing! The businesses in our building are switching bottled water providers. read more

Now it's been bought out by Crystal Rock/Primo Water, They have missed deliveries to my residence 3 times in 2 months, total incompetence, should have never bought Crystal Springs if they could not handle it. This place is filthy after is was bought out. There is what looks green slime at the bottom of the water dispensing walls . I wonder if any filters have been changed. I would like to see the date of any cleaning to what and a print out of water testing. I tried to call customer service and was out on hold over 30 mi ties with no call back. read more

Local spring water refill center! You can bring your own clean containers from home and fill them up for 35 cents a gallon. I always like to collect change around the house to fill up my containers. When you enter the building there is a wall of machines to get your water from. Even though I have been here countless times I never seem to get the alignment setup perfectly for my containers, so a little ends up spilling before I adjust it. There is a door to keep your containers clean from anything that may enter the bottle while filling up. I usually bring a small towel to wipe down my containers so I do not get anything in the car wet. The parking is right in front of the fill up center so carrying your heavy containers back won't take too long! Nothing beats saving the environment, plastic, money and getting fresh yummy local spring water. Check it out for yourself :D read more

A few months ago, I signed up for home delivery service with Crystal Springs. I'd been buying water at the supermarket for a long time but drink so much that I got tired of lugging all the bottles home every week. Crystal Springs came the day after I called with my first delivery of three 5-gallon bottles. The spring water tastes so good and the convenience of having it delivered is really nice. They sent me a schedule showing the dates they would stop by. One time, I ran out before my next delivery date so I called and they brought me water right away.
