Paul was very professional and thorough as we went through the process of purchasing our home. Even before selling our previous home, we met with Paul to do a lot of preliminary work, which meant less footwork once we started making offers. It was a long process-we ended up offering on 5 homes. With each offer, Paul was timely and up front. Contrast that against a broker our real estate agent was using, who was continually pushing us to "lock in" before a deal was closed. When we finally were able to agree on terms for our house, Paul was more than accommodating. The seller asked for a 3 week turn around from acceptance to closing (4 weeks is the norm).
