As with every transaction, home purchases have a lot of moving parts, and we have to depend on a lot of other parties (seller, builder with a new home, lender, etc.) to make sure the process is on track. I have never met anyone, personally or professionally, who is so on top of everything- calendars, checklists, and reminders. It makes the entire process run so smoothly when you know that your agent is not only on top of her checklist as a agent, but mine, the seller's and the lender's. We had a very good experience. As one reviewer mentioned, they literally have everything you could need connections wise to help you throughout the process. Don't have a lender? No problem, they can make great recommendations. Don't have an inspector? No problem, they can recommend one. The process of buying a home especially the time we did, the market was extremely competitive. Homes were easily having at least 10 offers at a time, so how can you stand out. We were able to close on a house within a little over a month of starting our home search. We worked with Caitlin and she was absolutely fantastic! I would recommend Kelly+Co without a second thought. If I ever did have to sell a house, I'd use them. I love the convenience of everything they have to offer. Their office is really cute as well :).
