It took me a bit to find this little Post Office. The address makes one think it's located in the Greentree Mall. But it's actually in a standalone building on the JC Penney side of the mall. Old machines and furniture adorned the whole inside. We come here to put out Christmas cards through the Santa Clause official post office to get the new postmark they do each year. Each year is different. We should start mailing a card to ourselves just to see the postmark and to keep track of each of the different ones. They only do postmarks in December for Christmas. So don't try to get a head start in November.

It's so small I didn't want to take pictures of the area because it was cramped with just five people on the waiting. What it lacks in space it makes up for in customer service. The gentleman in front of me was lost. The young woman working with him even though he didn't make a purchase. She used her data and looked up directions with a map on her phone. She was just as kind and helpful to me. There was a discrepancy between about the destination I was given and the one in the system of my package. She confirmed the address was correct. Quite happy with exchange.

It came 2 days late but was told that's "normal". The lady was absolutely rude. Got loud with me. Got an attitude with me and continued to talk to me like I was stupid. The second I returned that attitude she decided to pass me to the stupervisor who then got an attitude with me because she asked how I was doing and I chose not to answer and decided to give me my package and tell me to leave. It's funny how people can dish it but can't take it. This place needs a serious customer service training. Or all new staff. She then told me to never come back. Which I won't because they are awful people. However, legally I can go back if I want to unless they trespass me, which they didn't. After I walked out, she then turned and kept yelling at my husband for absolutely no reason at all. She threatened to call the cops and I told her I wish she would. This place is awful. The people are awful. Don't go there unless you want your day ruined.
