This is a blatant lie! The parcels never leave the office and you have to go in and get it, if you can make it into town. This was done to me last Friday, and since they are closed on Saturday, I have to wait until Monday to pick it up. Of course there is no one to complain to and the USPS has zero interest in service their customers. This has happened many times, and it's unacceptable.

Looking to turn things around, I decide to install the kid seat on the back of my wife's bike for our 2 y.o. so we can do the ol' family bike ride (that'll fix it!). In a moment of overzealousness though, I give that over-tight, cheap screw in the back of her bike a turn-too-many with the allen wrench: it's stripped, but maybe salvageable. But what do I do? I think, "I can still get it...." So I jump back in there: cheap screw vs. cheap allen wrench, and I send that screw straight to The Land of No Return. It's never coming out now. Enter Seth and Meat Machine. Now, mind you, I had already been down there the day before - or my wife had - for another bike-related issue (I told you - it was that kind of weekend). So, I limp in there, figuratively speaking, and in my shame I present El Strippo to Seth. What does he do? He doesn't make my feel bad. He doesn't hesitate. Immediately, almost un-questioningly, he throws that bad boy up on the lift. He explains that this is not going to be easy and expresses concern that he'll break the head off the screw and then it's done (the seat is never going on in that case). He tries one expensive hex after another. No dice. Last resort: he busts out the blow torch. "Let's put a little heat on it." And he does, and, like magic, that baby starts to move! With the turning of the screw, hearts lift, hope returns - the screw it out. The day - the family bike ride - is saved. No charge. I headed outside and, literally, the clouds cleared (though I'm not sure I credit Seth with that one). But he and Meat Machine did save the day, no doubt. Great little shop. Friendly helpful guys. The only thing that I MIGHT knock them for is the fact that they're only open Monday thru Saturday 8am-5pm. That can be extremely inconvenient for me at times. Other than that this place is great!! Located rite off the freeway so it's super easy to find & get in & out of. There's a lowered docking bay for the moving trucks & a ground level one next to that for customers so you can back your vehicle rite up to the building & where their flatbed hand carts are located, then the elevator is just a short 6ft roll away from the docking bay. There is a bathroom located within the office that you'll be allowed to use if you just ask the staff. I have shown up here many a time JUST before closing & never have I been turned away. They will let you into their facility all the way up until 4:58pm (they close at 5 but you'd need a couple minutes to make it to your unit & either take out or drop off whatever it was you were there for LoL) One weekend I reorganized my whole unit; was working in it up until closing both nights & what was great was the staff would give me updates when it was getting close to closing that way i had enough time to put all my boxes that I had moved out into the hallway back into my unit. At 30mins til Stephanie, the girl at the front desk would walk up to my unit on the 2nd floor & let me know it was 4:30pm. She would do the same at a quarter til & when I had just 5mins before they closed she would flash the overhead lights twice to signal to me times almost up. Great people!! Quality units! Variety in size & affordably priced!!
