This is honestly the best UPS Store I've ever been to. I've never left a review before, but after…read moremy experience today I felt like I should. Ryan (I think that was his name) was super patient, friendly, and professional the entire time. The store was busy and he was handling everything by himself, but he kept things moving. At one point a customer was clearly upset about a return and was getting pretty short with him, but he stayed calm, explained things politely, and didn't let it turn into an argument. He handled it way better than most people would. After seeing how he handled a few situations, I wouldn't be surprised if some of the negative reviews were just people being frustrated in the moment. The store could definitely use more staff, but he handled it really well. I'll definitely be back.
