You hand out a lot of business cards. You get low on cards, KNOW you're low on cards, and keep handing them out anyway, until before you know it, you're down to just a few. Then, an event comes up at the last minute and you need a new stack of cards, PRONTO. I try not to let this happen too often, but when it does, I call Pioneer Printing & Graphics. They whip me up a fresh batch of cards in less than 3 hours, with no rush fee, and at an unbelievable price of $25 (plus tax) for 100 cards. The quality is nice, and Carrie is a pleasure to work with. Really - can you get any better than that? I never would have guessed that a local print shop would have such reasonable prices and turn-around times, but when you're so used to placing orders through VistaPrint or Moo, it's nice to do business with a print shop that's staffed and managed by real humans, who know what it's like to be on a deadline. These guys are true professionals, and they've earned my loyalty!

The email included an "I'm Curbside" button. Within a minute, an associate was outside with my papers! He (I never got his name) greeted me with a smile (he was wearing a mask, but I could see the smile in his eyes and hear it in his voice) and asked my name to confirm. Quick and easy! Tonight was the second time utilizing the service. I placed the order again online and was given a projected completion date of tomorrow. It was already 6:45pm and the store was closing at 8pm, so I understood the delay. But, I needed the papers tonight, so I called the store and asked if it was possible to have it printed right away. The associate (again, I did not get a name) was very pleasant and said that he'd process the order as soon as it came through and mentioned that the store closes at 8pm. Twenty minutes after placing the order, I received an email noting that it's ready for pick-up. I again utilized the curbside pick-up service. And again, within 1 minute (seriously it was just a minute), an associate (I think it was the same guy that came out with my first order) was there! Pleasant and friendly! I've used curbside pick-up for at least a dozen other places; given the current times of social distancing. This has been the easiest and most efficient by far! Thank you!

The next day less than 24 hours later I brought it back, un opened, United damaged, literally in the same condition. All they had to do was put it back on the shelf. I asked for a refund was told they could not refund it to my credit card, like literally every other retailer in 2026 can. They was given the option to take cash. So I agreed. However the cash amount was nearly $40 less than the purchase amount. So ther policy is no receipt they will take it back but they make $40 by doing so. What a crock! The store is extremely small, usually understaffed, and there are only two registers and one self-service kiosk. The kiosk becomes overwhelmed with customers sorting through bags of returns, looking up codes, and printing labels, which creates constant backups. I have personally waited more than 15 minutes just to use the kiosk alone. The register line is just as bad, with long waits and lines frequently extending outside the store. On one visit I had to stand and carry a heavy item the entire time while waiting in line. Overall wait times are consistently 15 minutes or more every single time I have come here. This location clearly needs better staffing, additional kiosks, or a much better system for handling returns.

This is my neighborhood post office. Yesterday I went in, just needing to get stamps. I called out Hello--and waited, again waited and said Hello again, waited a little longer and again said Hellllooo?? This was over 2 min I would say. He finally came out and I said you saw me come in right?--aren't customers more important than what is going on back there?? He said "you do not determine what I do"--I said NO I do not. Hoping someone else does though-unshaven guy forget his name. Very, very, rude--that he would even think to say something like this to a customer is really beyond my comprehension. Had one other problem with him -- do not remember about what, but again recently. I said I wanted some nice Christmas stamps--he said oh they only come in a book -- oops he forgot to mention what a book might cost ?? Left with a couple of single stamps. Just weird, I am not the type of person that receives rude treatment ever. I certainly do not accept it.
