This is my neighborhood post office. Yesterday I went in, just needing to get stamps. There were no…read moreother customers and one worker behind desk...as I walked in, he saw me walk in-locked eyes and then he then went behind the publicly visible part. I called out Hello--and waited, again waited and said Hello again, waited a little longer and again said Hellllooo?? This was over 2 min I would say. He finally came out and I said you saw me come in right?--aren't customers more important than what is going on back there?? He said "you do not determine what I do"--I said NO I do not. Hoping someone else does though-unshaven guy forget his name. Very, very, rude--that he would even think to say something like this to a customer is really beyond my comprehension. Had one other problem with him -- do not remember about what, but again recently. I said I wanted some nice Christmas stamps--he said oh they only come in a book -- oops he forgot to mention what a book might cost ?? Left with a couple of single stamps. Just weird, I am not the type of person that receives rude treatment ever. I certainly do not accept it.

There was often not a charge for simple things but there is a tip jar on the table which I highly recommend adding to for their service--it's worth it! I asked the gentleman if it was working fine, and he responded that he didn't know because they didn't have headphones for an iPod. This should've been my first red flag. Wait... you call yourself a "Cellphone & Computer Repair" shop, and you don't have a single pair of headphones? OK. I went in later to pick it up. $65 later, I'm handed a non-working iPod with no explanation. The only thing that DID work was the red warning to log in the apple.com. Again, this begs another serious question: Why was this not hooked up to an alternate power source to see if the new battery was necessary? S.O.P., boys, but no. Takes me back to 2 years ago when they handed me back a non-working laptop that was only in for a virus scan/cleaning. Only later did I find out that the hard drive was just bouncing around loose upon job completion. Certainly wasn't that way when I brought it in. They just neglect to put it back together properly. Why did I even give Iteck a second chance? Because I was told, after calling around, they were the only local place that could help. THEY DIDN'T!

Took two days and they worked till dark to get the job done. They had a good attitude, were respectful and always were smiling when interacting with me. The office team, led by Kimberly as the main communicator, and Enrique jumping in with details, was FANTASTIC. The crew that came to the residence, led by Javian (sp?), did a fantastic job packing/loading things in a careful, but timely manner. They were in-and-out within about an hour and a half. C&F had provided a rough estimate based on the items I told them, without being able to visit the residence and look at the items in advance; so I had to to rely on the items being officially weighed once everything got back to their warehouse and hold tight on the final weight against the estimate. THANKFULLY, everything came in well underweight; and the team was very conscious of my budget -- The overestimate at the beginning helped a a lot in factoring in unknowns, but the team did their research. Once I paid the invoice of the official weight of items, it was shipped via a carrier, FedEx, and even they took over and made appropriate arrangements directly with me for delivery. I am writing this review now that all has been unpacked and inspected, and ALL items arrived in perfect condition. They packed *everything* diligently and with extreme care. As a bonus, the only plastic used was for shrink-wrapping all of my items together on the pallet. All packing materials in the boxes were paper/cardboard products (see photos). I recommend this office for all Orlando locals, no matter where you are shipping to!
