This is by far the best UPS Store I've used. I have business operations in Atlanta, GA, Cherry Hill, NJ and most recently, Mount Juliet, TN. The UPS Store is definitely a tremendous help to my business from packaging, mailing, copying, notary services and mailbox services, they are great. Even printing tough jobs. The Mount Juliet store owner recently went above and beyond to track down a package which was labeled undeliverable. There was time sensitive information in the package and it was return to TN having travelled to SC. The UPS Store Owner drove to the main UPS center, retrieved the package and resent it expedited - AT NO CHARGE TO ME to South Carolina. Talk about amazing customer service. kelly hixon out of the redding california office just went completely above and beyond with world class customer service!! and yes!!! it matters....it matters every time!!! you have no clue what you all are transporting sometimes!! kelly insured that a delivery was made that is medically critical!!!!! if she would have not taken the extra steps and time to deliver this material on time on schedule it could have cost someone their life. it's noteworthy because i ship hundreds of packages daily and this type of customer service never happens!!!!! ever!!!!!!! it would have been dropped for someone to steal or returned to sender!!!! instead kelly took the extra time and got the situation handled. good to know some people in america still care about doing their job with excellence!!! kudos kelly with ups!!!! read more

Convenient location. Accessible parking. Convenient hours, plus 24-hour access to rented mailboxes. Always clean. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They offer more than just shipping and mailboxes -- printing (flyers, business cards, etc.), copying, computer usage, notary public, shipping supplies, etc. All that, and reasonable prices! The Ups store in Mt Juliet next to the ATT store is the best because they are so helpful. I am a bit of a non-techie and they go the extra mile to get my shipments out with the least trauma to my "technophobic" brain.
