I have been coming to PostNet and printing things for a while now. The young ladies that help are always very sweet. However, today I realized that they assessed a $2.25 fee for me emailing over a one page sheet that only cost $0.74 to print. I was flabbergasted! I had a 16x20 poster printed as well that I emailed over. When I called to get a quote for it she said it would be $14.25 + tax. Apparently the one fee of $2.25 is an emailing charge. How else do people provide files these days? Maybe they need an app. So be aware, when you call to get a price quote for a service, it does not include the cost for them to pull up the emailed file. While I do not believe I have been assessed that fee in the past, the young ladies that were working today did not know how to pivot and handle the discussion. I will no longer use PostNot for printing posters. I will stick to Walgreens print. I gave it 2 stars because at least they were sweet and it wasn't their fault but beware there are much more cost efficient places to have things printed. read more

Lost a very important letter that was scheduled to go out with FedEx . FedEx was called by me and said that it was still at the shipper. I called and spoke with the manager Donna, she told me that she will look into it and get back with , I stressed her the importance. I called her back three times and avoided my calls , she never got back to me. All I'm left to do is wait. Very unreliable staff and manager at this location. I will never recommend such a place for service. I'm a consultant new to Texas and will steer all my customers and clients away from this business establishment. read more

Today I had 2 fedex packages that needed to be shipped and honestly wasn't sure there was a fed ex location near by. I called and asked if they would take the packages since I had the labels. She said they would so I brought them up there. What she didn't know is I lost my brother last night and I was in rush to drop them off before leaving town. She made my life so much easier by her friendly attitude. I was going to buy some packing tape but she said no need we will box them up and ship them out. Disappointed, and feeling glad I avoided getting ripped off. I totally understand (and respect) the need for an up-charge when there is a convenience provided, however a $34+ to ship a small box to California from Humble was just too much. I went a few minutes out of my way to the US Post office, and the same box, same shipping, was only $16 there. I had four more boxes to ship, and was glad not to be overcharged for the rest as well. If the staff had been more friendly. I might at least feel more forgiving, but they seemed quite indifferent to customers, even before I got to the counter. Won't be going back. read more

Although I try to avoid post and ship places since they are generally all expensive, PostNet has gotten me out of a jam more than once. They have UPS and FedEx drop offs, they'll help pack it (for a fee) and they make copies or fax too. It's nice to have a place like PostNet nearby for copy and shipping emergencies. read more

I love going here. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Quick to assist me and always greets all customers entering. I do business with them because they are close to my job and it's more affordable than going to the USPS. And the lines are shorter too. read more

I have been using this Postnet service in Humble for years. The Manager and employees are always super helpful and nice! I move frequently but continue to use their Postnet services to forward my mail. The services are always great and I always receive my mail when requested. read more

The place has a Retro feel. They have a young, vibrant, and tech savvy staff. It's a Well designed space. They offer a Variety of services including passport pictures. I believe they offer Competitive prices. read more

I'm with Andrew C. My package weighed less than 4 pounds. It was a long, narrow box, but not oversized. They quoted $37 for ground delivery. I said "no, thank you". Took it to the Post Office and sent it Priority Mail - guaranteed 2 day delivery for $18. They take price gouging to a new level. read more

Had to get a document notarized and choose this company was a little out of my way but worth it. The staff was very nice and the manager was extremely friendly. If I ever need to package mail or notarized again this will definitely be my first choice. They deserve the five stars and more. read more
