The only thing this place is good for is to drop off!! Went to get a price for a 1 pound package and she told $27 and then I asked her what about USPS and then she brought me out this big box and told be $30 which USPS boxes are free and I got a flimsy envelope which she said was in the price and then when I said I wasn't going to use them she charged me $4.99 so I went down the street to USPS by Culver's at Ace Hardware and paid $13. Just wanted to let everyone know the following: If you need to have copies scanned and e-mailed to yourself, please DO NOT USE this business. I went in a couple of weeks ago and had 8 pages scanned and it was $8.00+ change. We are new to Texas & have been HORRIFIED at the Post Offices in the Atascocita/Huffman/Humble area They are nice enough at each location but they do NOT know basic information, nor do they HAVE WHAT i need!! One Ounce Stamps are not available even after asking for them for atleast 4 mo. Excuses constantly. Forget it! I'm not even bothering w the P.O.'s here anymore. Services here are more expensive than going to post office but usps is not close by here :( They do have a mail drop off box inside, which is convenient an d safer than dropping your mail inside some random outside receptacle. They also have boxes for rent at this establishment, but I don't know how much they costs. If you're desperate, and don't want to go to a real post office, then this place will gladly take your money and get your packages to their destination. read more

I paid for next day only for it to be days later and the manager says "Next day delivery aren't happening" but they let me pay extra and had no problem taking my money just to tell me that they don't happen and I could have sent it regular mail at no charge. read more

Customer Service is super rare nowadays. A young man helped me ship my package and worked with me patiently until I got it done. And he did it with a smile. I brought an item to be shipped back to the merchant. The clerk told me it would be $20 for the box, then at check out, after it was all boxed up, gave me a total of $50. Had they told me up front that the packing was $30, I would have told them to forget it as the item only cost $99. Copy, Post, & Ship may not be a total ripoff, but their business practices certainly are questionable!!! read more

Love this place! My family has been coming here for over 20 years and they never disappoint. Although they have a postal surcharge, their service is much better than at the post office and you can compare UPS and FedEx prices as well. I am so glad to have this CONVENIENCE so close by. This place is a huge rip off. They're nice, but they claim its the same price to ship something as going to fedex, ups, or usps. That is A huge lie. Their usps flat rate boxes and padded envelopes have higher prices on them in this store. I had to pay $15 to ship a padded envelope that weighed 1 pound. If I knew that, I would've just bought it online and had it shipped that way. read more

The service I have received from this business has always exceeded my expectations. I have had a box here for about a year now and it's a great way to avoid issues with your mail. Unlike problems that you encounter with a standard P.O. box, only being able to rely on the post office, they go out of their way to prevent and resolve.
