They have rude employees, maybe not all, but they do. If you're going to work at a place that prints, and least learn what printers are used for what and what paper goes in what baby, because the rude attitude isn't needed if you don't know what your doing. Before I could print my job out, I'd wanted to double check my tray was correct and immediately the worker was making face and saying no. Didn't know she was the mechanic for the printer too I guess lol. Vellum paper is made for laser printers, and at the end of the day, I knew what I was doing and there were plenty more printers to work on, if you were unsure, at least know what type of printer that is, know the paper, and test something out before you say no and start making faces. Also, I will say, there was an employee helping an elderly lady and she was patient and sweet to her. I did notice that, I hope she notices that her employees need to be checked too. read more

Small office so not much room especially with Covid restrictions But, the employees are the best ever! I needed to print a mailing label and since I only saw one computer and it was being used, I thought it would take a while...no! they told me to send the email to them and they would print it for me! So 5 minutes (max) and .22 later I was gone!! Every single employee was excellent!!! read more

Geez $20 at the work station for one hour; printing included. I appreciate their atmosphere of a workstation, but in my personal opinion they are high as heck. I think it's a matter of convenience over anything else. I guess that's the going price for a quick per say in and out hands on service. LOL- if I add $30 bucks to my bill hello I would have my own printer, right, whose with me? Besides my point it's convenient in location, and time. read more

This is a pretty small location, but the service is VERY quick and efficient. I have worked with Aris several times for rush print jobs and not only has it been easy, but he was very knowledgable and courteous. They send out most of their larger sign print jobs, but have a quick turnaround. Also, they only have two computer terminals, so you do have to wait a few minutes usually to get on a computer. Went to mail a package off to my niece away at college. I had it all set to go, only to be told it couldn't be processed due to the outside of the box. It was a beer box and they are prohibited in shipping anything with that on the outside. I was offered to purchase a box there however I went right to the dollar tree down the street and got a free one. Just a minor hiccup smooth sailing and it arrived on time! read more

My wife and I are waiting for our delivery of refrigerated medications. The window we are given is 8 am-8 pm. We attempt to see about having the delivery kept at the FedEx office but when we do they say that we can't pick them up until Monday. The lady on the phone looked at our shipment and said it is standard delivery so it won't be out until after 12:30 pm. So why not make the window 12:30pm - 8 pm. That way we aren't stuck at home the entire day. Now it's 2:25 pm and we are still waiting at home... Very frustrated knowing that instead of wasting our morning through the afternoon and into the evening, now we could've had our morning to get out of the house. read more

Went to drop off a box like I always do today went there with a box which was a bankers box. Mind you I do fed ex daily for my company the lady told me I couldn't ship in a bankers box I needed to "buy" a box for $12.89 plus tax. I have sent several packages in bankers boxes and have NEVER been told I could ship in that. I wish all could be consistent in the same office. We stopped in for a rush print job. The staff was very friendly and professional. I was impressed how the staff took the time to help someone calling in with a Fedex they needed to get out. They went and looked up the address and time for the latest drop off and gave it to the caller. They could of just told them that their cutoff drop off time and hung up but they did the right thing and helped someone who was not even going to use their store.
