I am now adding to my original review on "PostureWorks". Compassionate staff that are often my cheerleaders to get me through a difficult week. They always greet me with a big smile as I walk in the door. Which makes me feel really special! Dr. Miller and staff have been challenging me to do more and be more accountable with wearing a brace as well as continuing on with my work through, PostureWorks. I am now on my second year and yes you must become an active participant and do the exercises as well as now I must wear a special Scoliosis brace that has been made for me. I am dedicated to all that I am doing and promise to put in the time with all involved and no it is anything but easy! I think I am possibly one of their most changing cases that they have been individuals. Being that I was very bent over! I often think about people and their misconception on posture problems. I could literally do a commercial for this place! I've struggled with back pain since I was about 25, and i'll be 40 this august. Through the years I have tried pretty much everything under the sun. Chiropractic, physical therapy, acupuncture, ect. while some of these things helped alleviate pain, I wasn't really getting any sustainable change. Going to posture works has given me the most meaningful change than I've ever had. The great thing is that right off the bat I knew that this was different from talking to the doctors, how they x-rayed, and the therapy. it truly has been life changing! My boyfriend and I were in an accident a few months ago, we found this place and we've been so impressed with them. They're not like any chiropractors we've ever seen. Dr. Miller and Dr. Navid specialize in CBP (Chiropractic BioPhysics). They took X-rays before adjusting me and afterwards Dr. Miller sits down with me and goes over a corrective care plan. He told me what my best option is going to be to get the maximum results out of my treatment. Dr. Miller gave me a 12 mm heel lift for my right leg, which I would have never known that I needed it. My boyfriend and I have already felt so much since our treatments a few weeks ago. This place is amazing and hands down I would recommend this place to any and everyone. Even if you have no problems with your back, I would definitely go and get checked out because I didn't even know I needed a 12 mm (.47 inches) heel lift until now and that could have caused me many more health issues in the future. I have been under DR Miller/ DR Navids care going on 3 years now! Such a fantastic family integrated care office. Their staff is sinking roots, great CRM. When I first sat in with DR Miller, I mean all you have to do is listen to him for 10 minutes, you're dealing with a very well background! He teaches serious degree school, he's a medical director! You just feel the sincerity, the intricate involvement with your certain situation as well as tell you the facts! For the last 20 yrs I have been trying to shake off 25 lbs. Weight Watchers is counting calories, you name it with no success, so I basically gave up.. UNTIL Nutraworks. post works is by far the best chirop clinic I've ever been to in the more than 12 years I've been getting chiropractic care. I've tried so many different chiropractors in an attempt to get curve back in my neck and other postural issues corrected. Nothing worked until I began care here. now the curve of my neck is wishing normal range and I feel so much better. The Postureworks doctors and staff are friendly yet consummate professionals. Dr Miller does the analysis and prescribed treatment. The detailed instructions are well communicated so everyone is on board with the process. They deliver what they promise. I have been pleased with my progress because when I first visited them I could do everything except stand, sit sleep or walk without pain. This chiropractic practice is by far the most knowledgeable practice I've received care from over the last 25 years. I would get temporary relief from other chiropractors but after two months or so, the pain would return even though I was still getting the adjustments. This has not been the case with Dr. Miller and his team. I'm free of back pain and only get adjusted about every month and a half. Eventually, I should go down to one adjustment every other month.
