When I was shopping for the watch... me: what's the material? clerk1: silver. me: um, it doesn't look like silver. clerk1: let me look. she flips through the catalogue for a couple minutes, can't find the answer, so I look at the back of the watch. me: it says stainless steel. clerk1: well, there you go. duh. 2. After I bought the watch, me: After my girlfriend tries this on, we can bring it in to have the band shortened right? clerk2: Sure, that will be $14. You gotta be kidding me! You charge $14 for the standard adjustment of the watch you just sold for quite a bit of money? After my objection she asks another woman (owner?). She says there'll be no charge. of course not! 3. My gf and I came back one day for the band adjustment. Three clerks working in this small store. We ask for band adjustment. clerk3: There's only one person that can do that service, and he only works 3 days a week. You can come back tomorrow. a) they should have told me that when I bought the watch, b) anyone selling watches should be able to adjust the band, and c) they shouldn't have the sign up saying 'Watch band length adjustment, while-U-wait.' I will never go back unless I have a gun pointed at my head.

We walked down the mall to Finks and bought a beautiful ring from them. We paid more than we would have but it was well worth it and its beautiful. The staff was very professional and very helpful. I couldn't believe how poorly we were treated and he we felt when we left. The "manager" as he called himself has no idea what customer service is and should not be dealing with the public. I cannot urge people enough not to shop at this store.
