I was on time, but the practice was pitch black. As I was leaving at 6:15 someone gets my attention from the end of the hall saying something I couldn't hear clearly. Sushanki opens the door, and I commented about not scheduling a 6 am appointment to wait for SOMEone (anyone) to arrive at 6:15. She did not apologize but talked about the rain and traffic and life happens, etc. I tried to share my concerns with her one-on-one before I got into my session with my PT tech, Evan, who I wasn't aware I was being transitioned to, and she stood over me with her arms crossed even though I invited her to sit with me stating, "I don't sit ever," although she say due the majority of my evaluation appointment. She had a rebuttal for all my concerns, said I was calling her a liar, and was very combative. I ended the conversation by agreeing to disagree. I felt disrespected, that my time was not valued, and that she is not the best practitioner for my care going forward. I changed my future appointments to another therapist. If I can be on time, she should be as well. If I'm late, I have to reschedule and pay a missed appointment fee.

Don't waste your time I don't know how he got all these great reviews but a Doctor Who Has only an…read moreanswering service that you have to leave a message with and hope they return your call is absolutely ridiculous. I spent 15 minutes on the phone given the answering service all my information my Workmen's Comp. claim number the approval for an orthopedic and everything yet to this day four days later I've still have not received a phone call back! I called them back and they sarcastically informed me they only except referrals from doctors offices!! First of all in the state of Maryland you're allowed to choose your own doctor with a Workmen's Comp case and make your own appointments . It's Maryland law !!! you're not required to let the doctor do them things it is your civil right in the state of Maryland if you have a referral you can call that doctor and set up your own appointment. You do not have to be at the mercy of your previous doctor to send referrals and approvals to a doctor. But this is how this doctor operates violating your civil rights bye only excepting referrals from doctors offices and not individuals. It's a form of discrimination!!! Not only that it violates your civil rights!!!! Why in the world would you want to use a Doctor Who so arrogant that he won't even return patient's phone calls and has an answering service taking all these phone calls so they can screen their calls. People that's a doctor you can't trust!!! It's a Doctor Who has no empathy and does not care about you as an individual. It's a Doctor Who has ignored the oath he took!!!!! It's is discrimination!!!!

Wait times were always reasonable and I never had problems with billing or any other hassles like that. Dr. Dreese himself seemed like a nice guy. He took the time to explain my injury to me and was happy to answer any questions that I had. The support staff (x-ray techs, nurses, etc) were all very courteous and professional. Thankfully I didn't need surgery so I didn't get the "full experience" so to speak.

The wait time takes forever. Each time I go I'm waiting about an hour to even be moved back into a…read moreroom. The doctors are nice but it feels very rushed. I have to quickly get through what I'm trying to say or they quickly try finishing up. It lacks patient centered care and I think they could do better in that aspect.

First let me say that the Dr. Packer was knowledgable, professional and performed my PRP injections…read morewith no issue. Second, let me say that the nurses in the back were personable, and easy to work with. This review is for the front desk staff and billing. The front desk staff are some of the most rude I have ever encountered. Not just one in particular either. All of them. I asked a simple question about the forms I was being asked to sign and it seemed to offend the receptionist (nurse?) to the point of total aggravation. They kept pointing down at the form saying, "just sign it". Ummm no? Then, for what reason I don't know, they asked me what I do for a living. Relevant how? I told them I have a PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology and they fell silent. My experience with the other receptionist was no less uncomfortable. They seem very unhappy for whatever reason and it comes across in their interactions with patients. The second part of this review is for billing. I have been trying to get the charges reversed on my VISA card for ~week now, and the front desk tells me I have to call billing. Billing tells me I have to call the front desk. Then billing says they'll call me back and they never do. So now I have to file a dispute with my Bank. For what? They used the wrong card for payment. I just want to reverse that charge, then pay with my FSA account. I'm going to pay them and they'll get their money same day they reverse the charge. Should be super simple but all I get is attitude and misdirection. There are plenty of places to get PRP. I won't be returning here in spite of Dr. Packer's excellent service. I'm not dealing with this desk again
