We have had to initiate every phone call ourselves just to get updates on our project. When we signed on, we were told our project would be one of the first completed this summer, yet we have received virtually no proactive communication regarding scheduling or progress. After the heavy rains last week, we assumed our project would begin today, but no one showed up and no one contacted us. Once again, we are left having to reach out ourselves to find out what is happening. To make matters more frustrating, we were recently informed that our original project manager no longer works for the company. Now we are being told that the new project manager would like to schedule yet another walk-through, despite previous meetings and discussions. At this point, we are beyond frustrated and disappointed. The lack of communication, follow-through, and project management has made what should have been an exciting landscaping project a very negative experience.

There is a very large outdoor area filled with flowers, shrubs, ornamental grasses, trees, patio gear, etc. The staff is very knowledgeable, and willing to answer any question you have...except. Except when I asked for the Wi-Fi password for the guest access, they claimed that they did not know the password, or that it wasn't working. Hmmm, there was a strong signal on both the private and guest WiFi, so that answer didn't sit well with me at all. I'll deduct a star for that.
