I waited a couple of weeks, still no plate. I called back many times. I asked how it shipped, when it shipped, and what was the tracking number. I keep getting a run around. I am extremely disappointed and will NEVER go back and ALWAYS share my experience so others will understand what an unacceptable experience this was! Needless to say my granddaughter still has not received her "artwork!"

Given that we were leaving in a few days, we had decided to let a family member pick up our pieces when they were finished. When Lisa heard what we were planning, she let us know that she would try extra hard to get them done so we could take them later in the week before we left. She was able to get them done to my kids delight. They were a bunch of fun to create and I would highly recommend trying it. We will certainly be back if we travel that way again.
