OK, fair enough, I am disabled and can't keep the house as I'd like. but to just FLEE?? With not a WORD??? HQ guy said they're a new company, and still working on "customer relations' issues. He was embarrassed, and I am livid. All the guy had to do was tell me he was leaving, and why. I'd have understood, esp with the stinky cat box bathroom. But to just LEAVE without telling me?? NOT good customer relations, guys. And HQ not calling me to tell me he'd vanished, leaving me to look like a dork with a stinky bathroom? A stinky house? NOT GOOD. Not good at all.

When he did me a quote, I told him face to face that I only wanted siding. Didn't want to shell out almost $1000 extra for the soffits. I called the office a year later, when I had the money, and asked if the $4400 quote would still be good. The rude lady in the office asked Mike and she told me that he said it was fine. So, I thought all is good. I was so thrilled to get the new siding. The completed it 10/18/13. They hand me another copy of the quote and it said I owed $5215. I only had $4400, which was what I was told I had to pay. Mike added in the $815 extra for the soffits, even though I told him I didn't want to do that. I told him face to face no soffits. So, Mike calls me and says we have a problem because I didn't send enough money. I told him I didn't want that done. He proceeded to treat me like I was an idiot because I was home when it was done and I should've said something. I have never seen anyone get siding and I had no clue what all was done. He said I was a liar and I'm a thief because I'm stealing money from his company. I paid for what I told him I wanted done. It's not my fault that there was a miscommunication between Mike and the installers. To be called a liar and an idiot is bad. To be told that I will have to live with stealing money from his company when I did nothing wrong is more than I can tolerate! Stay away from this company because they will do more work than you want and then drop a bombshell on you and talk to you like you are lower than trash!!
