After a few visits to Dr. VanTrease he went a little above and beyond on the ear issue, my Husky hasn't had an ear problem or any flushings in 3 years. Also had our Corgi that went here for years, she lived to be 14 with the help of VZACC, after her passing, which was very hard for us we received a condolence card hand signed by Dr. VanTrease and all of the employees, it wasn't much, but it's nice to know that they all cared. Will continue to take all of our pets present and future to see these people, they've always been good to us.

Our dogs love going to visit and are never afraid to return for check ups or boarding. The team quickly learned our names and built a rapport with our dogs. You feel like you have known them for many years. We took a kitten that wondered into our property to Dr. VanTrease. The kitten, Max, was in bad shape and had been attacked by another animal or struck by a car. Dr. VanTrease encouraged me to let him operate on the kitten removing his tail and rebuilding his jaw. Amazing work! Max healed quickly with no complications. I highly recommend Van Zandt Animal Care Center

When the vet finally came in they expressed his glands and just told me to keep an "eye" on his ass. I also told them he has a limp every time I walk him. She felt his leg for 2 seconds told me it was fine and charged 71$ just for the leg exam. The vet spent a total of 3 minutes with us but charged 300$. Super rude super overpriced and obviously don't care about helping the dogs just send the tech in to try to upsell you to 400$ of blood work and all kinds of other stuff. Felt more like a sales meeting than a visit to help my dog.
