Drove to a couple of places looking for an oil change. Not sure why it was so difficult. One place closed, even though yelp said open, another place said can you leave the car all day...seriously? So went to jiffy lube. They were very friendly, and informative. I think his name was Daniel that helped us. Definitely started with a D. 10 minute wait, then another 10 minutes for service. He explained everything to me and showed me under the hood exactly what was done. Highly recommend! read more

I'm giving it a 5 star I usually do my own maintenance but this car I got the previous owner over tighten the drain plug so I decided to take it here out the gate employees where exited to work on my car everything was done in less than 30 minutes they also helped me with the missfire issues I had not only did they did an oil change they went above and beyond the prices are a little out of my range but the customer service was worth it alone if you don't know much about cars I can tell you you can trust this specific location they will make sure your car is all good to go read more

Jiffy Lube as a whole has been pretty polarizing for me in the past but I gotta say, the service and people at this location are pretty superb. Came in for a routine oil change. Nothing special, but even while short staffed they managed to get it done pretty quick. One of the employees was nice enough to air up my tires too. I received an oil change this past week, which went fine. I was told there was a special on GDI engine cleaning ($50), which I passed on due to being unfamiliar with what this was. After researching that evening, I determined it was a decent value and something recommended for my engine. So I called the next day to inquire, I was told that they are still having the special. I explained that I am not able to make it in on the work days and checked whether I can come in this weekend, I was told that would be fine. Showed up today, after waiting I was finally told it would be $150. I explained, they seemed to have no idea what I was talking about. The whole reason I called back to confirm was to avoid driving there and wasting time and money. Very dissatisfied. read more

Went in for a basic oil change and I was told that I did not need an oil change but instead I needed an oil filter and terminal cleaned in my battery. Since I don't know as much as I should I initially agreed then moments later I spoke with my Husband who said no to that service. I went into the bay and told them to stop the work they said it was done already and I was forced to pay $50 when I had planned on a $24.99 oil change. Oil change only costed me a little over $115.00. If you think that is a good price for full synthetic oil, go here. Some of the positives of getting your vehicle serviced here is the speed of the transaction and the additional services they offer you (for additional cost). Some of the negatives, due to the speed, they sometimes spill oil around your engine bay but at least they're fast. read more

This location was excellent. There was no wait time, and upon check in, I wasn't pressured into the extras. I was notified of the services the manufacturer recommended for the mileage, but when I declined there wasn't a further sales pitch. The manager checked the interval between oil changes, and said I still had over 50% oil life left. He recommended that I wait as the service wasn't needed. I said thank you for the honesty, but was planning a cross country trip and wanted piece of mind that the oil was new/no issues. I will be back to this location. read more

The rip off place to go. The manager said my vehicle would only take a blend synthetic oil. My Ford Focus was from Canada and can use regular oil. They are not fast, took an hour. 58 bucks later. Meanwhile want the same oil change, 24.95 brakes plus coupon online. read more

Went here because my truck supposedly needed an oil change according to the interval. After going to this location they gave a thorough inspection and to do stuff the truck had good oil in it and showed me the proof. It is greatly appreciated when a business goes out of their way to ensure the customer the can save their money is very valuable in establishing trust. Great guys. I was charged --$120 for an oil change!! I've never ever paid that much! After I arrived they told me the card machine was down and must pay cash only. So i drew out $200 for other future shopping we would do. I also googled coupons so the "Jiffy Lube" would be even cheaper. After I was called in --- after they began and then rang me up at $120+ I was shocked! How in the hell is it so much. Of course the were perfectly courteous but I will never go to another Jiffy Lube ever when the dealer ship is only $55. And that is a Guaranteed dealer service! read more

"Policy change" and wouldn't do an oil change on a dip stick that was missing the ring to pull out, even though there was no issue getting the dip stick out?!? Wild. I always go to Jiffy Lube when it's time to get an oil change. They're just always awesome and so friendly. I seriously don't ever have to worry about them taking advantage or charging me extra for things I don't need. They're really honest and so professional. This is my first time going to this Jiffy Lube location and there was a bit of a mix up with the transaction, but the General Manager Chris fixed it immediately and was so nice and helpful. I thought the service was 4.5 stars worthy. The reason I'm giving them one star is because I went to go get an oil change and after that was going to vacuum out my car at the nearby car wash... So I took out three dollars in quarters of my jar in my room and put them in the center console of my car to use after the oil change. After I drove away and got to the car wash to use the quarters I was missing a $1.00. One of their four technicians that worked on my car stole $1.00 from me... Yes I know $1.00 is not a lot but it's the fact that I trust them to be in my car and they're going to turn around and steal from me is total bullshit! read more

We had an unbelievable experience I thought I'd share. My husband & and I came in for a routine oil change and went with the value change. We were greeted by Jose who had a remarkable, warm disposition. He came over and asked what we came in for, and explained to us that he may need us to wait up to 10 minutes until they had an available bay. We obliged, as he was so kind about it! We went to the lobby area and he informed us there was entertainment available as well as magazines and toys for our two sons, which to me is over and beyond the expectation most people would set for an oil change! However impressed with Jose, there were two other gentlemen who were also on staff yesterday, 31OCT who were also thorough, polite, friendly and very professional! Your staff are very well informed of their job and what it means to value business of the local community as well. I am grateful you all made our choice worth the cost and time. We will certainly be recommending this specific location to other service members and their families! Also, I am 8 months pregnant, and I was even helped into our truck, which has 35 inch tires so it's no easy task, which once again, I am completely blown away by such compassion and care from your employees! If I was not required to rate your business, I surely wouldn't. Up until last week I have gone to and recommended Jiffy Lube but after this last incident, I wouldn't recommend nor go to them if they were the last place on earth. I went in for a simple oil change with a perfectly running car and left with nothing. They had seized my engine and instead of owning up to their mess up (keeping that PG) and fixing it as promised, they quoted me Kelley Blue Book value for my car $1500 and recommend that I use that to fix my engine $2500 or buy another car. No one owned up to there mistakes and since that was my only car, I currently have no transportation. ITS NOT ABOUT THE MONEY BUT THE PRINCIPLE OF IT ALL!!!!! I had a perfectly running car in good shape and they destroyed it. Everything that was offered to me, I would have to come out of pocket to get. Why should I have to pay for their mistake? Why should I have to now miss work, call UBER, give people gas money to get around, find another car as great as mine? I pray that if people continue to allow them to service their cars, that my situation does not happen to them. God don't like ugly & you guys make a blind man turn away. #Karma. read more

The New Monument, Co Jiffy Lube opened up with the "Same" Deceptive practices that all Jiff lube's use The bait and switch tactics they use along with deceptive pricing is a shame and against the law! They advertise one price but they know most cars will not fall in this catagory. Now the new oil in cars cost more than the advertised price so once again Buyer Beware!
