On top of being wrong, that's a terribly unprofessional thing to communicate to a customer (and I'm a small business owner myself). I encourage potential customers to look elsewhere for potty training support.

It took 3 months, which was perfect for our timeline and what felt so fast for being on the pill for over 10 years. Megan knew I was pregnant the day I found out. She has incredible intuition and just so happened to text me minutes around the time I tested positive! I will always remember those 9 months of pregnancy fondly, especially because I had Megan checking in on me/us, letting me know what I can expect at certain doctor appointments, and always just being a text/call away for all of the random questions I had (I am located in Northern CA). The week of our due date, Megan continued to check in on us. Our baby was overdue, but I was never worried because Megan had taught me how normal that is. She even prepared me for what to expect from others: nonstop texts/calls of where the baby is, of course! Because Megan prepped me so well, I was ready for anything and didn't let anything or anyone get to me. I am so fortunate for her help with the expectation-setting; it really went a long way. Baby is now earthside and Megan continues to be there for us. She has made sure that things are going, like breastfeeding, labor and delivery recovery, and more, while making sure me and my husband's mental health are still alive and well! I have also attended a couple of the Friday meetup groups when I was in So Cal and seriously love them. It's such a great atmosphere and gathering of moms with their babies, getting to know each other and sharing their current "happies + crappies." They sometimes bring knowledgeable guests, like a pelvic floor therapist, too. Their baby gear swaps are also so great! I've gotten to donate some things for the next family, while gaining some awesome things for baby, like clothing, bottles and a portable tub. This is already so long, but I could easily go on about how great Megan and her services are. You will feel safe, listened to and advocated for.

We too TakingCaraBabies course and tried sleep training ourselves and it didn't work. Natalia came to our house and after 2 nights of sleep training she was only waking up 2 times. Our baby has a slower progress and it took almost 10 nights to get sleep trained. I read all these reviews that after 2 nights their baby sleeps through the night. Each baby is different and if you're not there yet be Patient and Consistent, your baby will get there. Natalia is amazing, professional, and knows what she is doing. We had a long journey to parenthood and wanted to ensure both that our long-awaited baby had excellent care during the night and that we received enough sleep so that we could be more present with her during the day. We worked with both Susy (the owner) and Delmy and had an excellent experience! Both were professional, punctual, attuned to our baby's needs, and clearly knew how to effectively care for newborns. They are true baby experts who take their job very seriously. Both have calm energy and pleasant demeanors, cultivating an ideal, tranquil environment for new babies and overwhelmed parents. In addition, Delmy pointed out our daughter's torticollis, which enabled her to get early treatment via physical therapy. They also helped out with laundry, bottle cleaning and preparation, and keeping the nursery tidy, among other tasks. Susy and Delmy were able to accommodate a somewhat last-minute schedule change that involved adding three more nights during a hectic period, which we appreciated. We would use their doula services for a potential second baby and would, without hesitation, recommend them to others!

I had really high hopes and was super excited to work with Danielle after the initial consultation. I had only booked 2 weeks of coaching which was $400. The services guide that was given to me says 24/7 support via phone, text, or email. I understand not responding to 4 AM texts but there were days that went by where I wouldn't hear a peep from Danielle. She pretty much ghosted us after week one. About 2 weeks after the initial two week contract, I received a phone call from Danielle apologizing, which I appreciated; however, I would've preferred upfront communication instead of feeling like I got scammed out of $400. She did offer to get my daughter in a good place for sleeping to make up for the fact that she was not really reachable during the two week contract but here we are again... a month and a half later and I haven't heard anything from her. No follow up or "how's your daughter doing with her sleep?" I've almost given up at this point because I still have a daughter who struggles with bedtime and still wakes at night, despite our best efforts and I'm out $400. Maybe she would be better when she's in person but I feel like the coaching package was a waste of money.
