She was already booked at the time (I needed an immediate replacement), but she spent that evening calling colleagues in her network that may be available to assist me. She spent a few hours doing this, reaching out to different people and coordinating a replacement for me. She did this all at no benefit to herself. That spoke volumes to me. When I was in need she stepped in to help me and made herself available to me with any questions or advice I needed. She is such a professional and a true expert in her field. We felt defeated and desperate for a solution before I returned to work. Dory came in with a fresh approach, an immense amount of patience, and warmth.
