Poulet Rouge is my new hyper fixation food! I just love it. The rouge mini is a great size and I don't understand how anyone can finish the regular size lol. My usual order is volcano chicken, quinoa, cucumbers, tomatoes and tzatziki. If I want even lighter calories, I'll sub the tzatziki for corn. This is a super healthy meal and one of the best things you can get in a food court for a decent price. It's very filling and I can't even finish the mini in one sitting. I appreciate how they're super generous on the toppings and the chicken is always cooked just right and still juicy. Oh and the volcano chicken is not even that spicy. So it's tolerable if you can't handle spice. It's a great serving of protein (cuz of the chicken and quinoa) and I don't feel crappy after eating it. January 15/2015: This was a surprise for me that this place was so good. It's at a Square 1 Mississauga food court. I thought just another fast food place....nope. The staff was very polite & provided a tasting of two of their chicken flavours. Both were good. Meal came with 3 pieces of real chicken on a bed of lettuce the. You can choose up to 7 toppings ($14.99). It was a decent portion size & a tasty meal. This is a do over for me. read more

The food and service was good. Its a food court store. The food was a lot. It was a decent price too but i dont rememeber what i got.

Wanting to try something new and yet not completely unhealthy, I came across Poulet Rouge which is a chain from Quebec. It's sorta like Chipotle, BUT the only protein is chicken and the chicken is marinated in 4, non-Mexican, flavours like BBQ, Lemon, Garlic, & a Middle-Eastern one. You choose your base (various options such as quinoa, greens, brown rice), flavour of chicken which is freshly grilled for you, and your fresh, Subway-esque toppings. Since the staff knew that it was my first time, they offered me samples of a coupla different flavours, and more toppings. (I believe that there is a limited number of toppings that you can choose.) I thought that this reflected great customer service and left an impression! If you like chicken and just don't feel like anything too heavy/fried/salty, Poulet Rouge is a great option at the main food court! The "mini" size though is really small though, FYI. read more

I cannot say enough good things about this place! A staff is always a reflection of their manager. I had the opportunity to meet the Manager and Franchise Owner, Karim. He is a man of integrity and great spirit. And that great spirit is reflected in the people working here: lots of fun and friendly! Now, onto the food! I had delicious grilled chicken and rice, with a spicy combination of coriander, chilli, and other spices. This is a fun establishment located in the food court of my local Shopping Mall, Square One.
