Martin and his coworker were efficient and he uses a long hose to clear my downspouts as well as a blower to get the excess leaves out of the gutter. Just blowing the leaves out could still have clogged gutters so I really like that Martin checks and clears clogged downspouts with the hose/water flow! He called and texted pictures and stated that he could perform the needed repairs on the following day insuring that the forecasted storms would not make matters worse.
