A few days after emergency, I received an invoice for $50 stating | was a "No Show" to the appointment. My family member was diagnosed with a blood clot near their spine and their left leg paralyzed. Once I received the invoice, I called their office explaining again the medical emergency and they did not care. They wanted me to attend the appointment and not lose the $50 versus me taking care of my family. I am seeking this money back immediately and they have not resolved the situation.

And the opposite of what the person I talked to said. So I texted back saying that I don't have an appointment. I received a response saying they don't receive incoming texts! So they texted me asking for a response, but they don't receive responses! So I had to call to cancel the appointment that I didn't have! Then another long wait on hold. Then the person told me they do charge for missed appointments, and the previous representative gave me incorrect information.
