Would leave 0 stars if I could. It's not a surprise to me seeing all these bad reviews after the night we had with her. It's not even worth my time to write out every occurrence that happened that night because it was just bad after bad after bad. The owner is extremely rude, gets in conversations she has no business in, unprofessional, likes to micro manage and likes to argue as if it's a sport. Janet Lickney has to be the most unprofessional business owner I have ever met. Our biggest mistake was looking at the reviews on her own site instead of coming here in the first place, obviously she screens and does not allow for negative comments on her website. From the very beginning of our event, she was looking for a fight. Her attitude was shocking, not just with the Mother of the Bride but also with the guests. One guest in particular asked if she could get another of the same beer that she had gotten previously. When "Janet" came back with the beer, the guest was told in no uncertain terms, "this is the last one so don't come up here again looking for it". Who says something like that to a guest who simply requested a specific beer. Janet took it upon herself to open up the bar before being asked to do so and came after the Mother of the Bride when the food was not served within the twenty minute limit stating that she will shut down the bar and leave if food was not served within 30 seconds! Who asked her to open the bar? The bridal party was still having pictures taken. There was so much more but these are the highlights. When it came time to take care of the bill, this woman had the balls to ask, not once, not twice, but three times for an additional tip. This on top of the 20% built into the bill as well as a completely packed tip jar!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? This woman should not be in business, she obviously does not enjoy her work. She hates people and is just not a nice person. Do yourself a favor and find another bar tender for your event. She is not worth the trouble. read more

Probably the most unprofessional experience I've ever encountered. The owner of this business was extremely disrespectful to wedding guests and to the parents of the bride/groom. She was extremely rude from the moment she arrived and disregarded the importance of this special day for the couple. I understand there are contracts but as a wedding guest, I am not privy to this. She also cut off my the father of the bride right after the father/daughter dance because she mistook his cry eyes for drunk eyes, and proceeded to physically take the beer from his hand. I'm unsure who raised her, or what business she's be running, but I was absolutely shocked by her behavior and how it contributed to the stress of the night. When I asked if I could get a drink for the bride, she responded so aggressively and threatened to shut down the event. I will always take accountability if I'm in the wrong but this lady was one of the key reasons for anxiety and stress and I'm still stunned by it. Further, she is hired to serve alcohol and not to provide any feedback to the bride/groom/bridal party which the flow of the evening. 20/10, do not recommend this woman for any day of importance. Unless you want unwelcome feedback from a rude "bartender", that's just opening cans, or if you love getting attitude for absolutely no reason. BEWARE OF OWNER JANET LICKEY! We hired Pour Girls and Some Guys to bartend our wedding Saturday, two days ago. If I was reviewing only the bar tenders and their service at the wedding I would give them 5/5 stars. Professional, kind, kept everyone safe, great customer service. Their fantastic service is the only reason PGSG is getting two stars. But during and after the actual wedding, as the Bride, I was dealing directly with Janet Lickey myself. Before the wedding I was bombarded with trivial details. I understood that planning a Covid wedding there would be details and things to put in place to keep everyone safe. Going over details with our caterer, wedding coordinator and venue I never felt a sense of panic, but each time I spoke to Janet I felt like having a panic attack. She laid every single responsibility on us as the couple and made sure we knew it. Instead of only giving us the specific details we needed to be aware of, she gave us way to much information. I was prepared, but I was over prepared. Then, during the wedding I had forgotten my checks. I brought this up to the bar tending team and offered to have someone drive home and get my checks - mind you, this was DURING OUR WEDDING DAY. The bar tenders assured me they'd send me a paypal link and that I could pay via PayPal and everything would be fine. My day of coordinator told me this is the last thing I should be thinking about on my wedding day. I took her advice, and waited for a link in my email, which never came. Fast forward for today, I got a call from Janet Lickey, again. Furious I haven't paid the remainder of my bill. I let her know she could just send me a paypal link and I would pay and in fact I was waiting for this. I told her I also never got my final invoice. Even more agitated, she said the bar tenders would NEVER do that and that was impossible. I explained it to her again and she then insisted I paid a $30 late fee. Fine, I'll pay the $30 late fee but I will share the crappy experience with Janey to anyone and everyone I know looking for a bar tender. We were so upset & disappointed with how the owner, the bartender the night of our wedding, was so rude and unprofessional. When I, the bride, walked up to get my first drink she didn't congratulate me but rather started arguing with me about how many guests we had in attendance. We kept a close count because we had a seating chart & while she wanted to argue with me during my wedding that we had more we actually had about 10 less people. Whether more or less it was rude and unprofessional. She was rude to our guests all night and nobody had a pleasant experience with her. I got all of our alcohol based on the list she gave me and we ran out of alcohol so fast. I thought it didn't seem like much but chose to trust her judgement instead of buying more which was a bad idea on my part. We bought champagne flutes for the roast & when she was giving guests champagne in regular glasses her reasoning was she would have to put them together to use them so she didn't. Janet Lickey was a train wreck from the minute she arrived late to our daughters wedding. She is abrasive, rude to guests. controling and has the social skills of a gorilla. We wish we had read the reviews prior to taking advice of the River Valley Oasis(RVO) owner who recomended her. My advice would be to avoid her at all costs. She blaimed me for not filling out her questionnaire that neither my wife, daughter or I ever received from her. This was her opening salvo. Upon checking, none of us has an email from her so she is also a either a liar or is somewhat over her head in trying to run her business. Just read the other reviews of her disasterous attempts to be a bar tender at other weddings. We experienced the same self serving rudeness and disorganization. She may have some mental or social disabilities which would account for her behavior but in short no one at our recent wedding had a good word to say about her....just like her other negative reviews. They denied the wedding party drinks after the ceremony and even started limiting the remainder of the guests drinks as well. Previously commented, they even told a father to drink rain water. Unacceptable customer service, you would be better off serving yourself. I hope this place isn't up much longer to disservice anyone else. In response: Maybe you should know that not everyone in that party was even drinking prior to the ceremony. Our experience with this company was disheartening to say the least . To start with the server, the company owner arrived late. She was actually recruiting the wedding party instead of inquiring as to who we had pre-arranged to aide her. This was a result of her being late, being ill prepared and failing to communicate. She was also rude to multiple guests who brought it to my attention. I, the mother of the bride was completely taken back by my personal experience with her. The way she spoke to me and treated me was completely without warrant. She was late. She was disorganized. She was unprofessional. She was rude in her communication with myself and the guests of the event. Upon closing down the bar and getting ready to leave she actually left her tasks and gathered dessert. While I was disposing of water off the deck she went as far as to tell us we were going to be fined by the venue owner for dumping glasses of water out on gravel, and we would be charged for ant extermination. She actually ordered me to go downstairs and bring up some kind of slop container or bucket gather all the leftover fluids and dump them in the restroom. As a reminder I am the mother of the bride celebrating my daughter dressed in formal wear. Are you absolutely kidding me? And wouldn't that be a demand made the owner of the venue? For goodness sake's that was not her call to make. Consequently I did bring that to attention of the owner of the venue and he said it was absolutely ridiculous and untrue. During the cleanup process she was shouting orders to family members about properly packing up the table cloths that we had rented from an outside company that she had absolutely no business nor affiliation with. I picked up a container that had a small amount of fluid in it and put it in the garbage can and she told me I was disrespectful because whoever had to carry out the garbage would deal with liquid in the bag. She had no idea the instructions that we were given by the venue owner and we were following them exactly as we were told. We left the facility very clean and he commented on what a lovely night it was how respectful we were and how nice we left his facility. I'm sure that the people who take out the garbage expect that at a large event when you have a buffet and you have beverages for 100 people there are going to be liquids that are disposed of in a garbage can. You probably shouldn't yell at the mother of the bride about that during the cleanup. In closing her behavior was shocking. She was not there to instruct the wedding party nor was she there to instruct the kitchen help, she was not there to tell us how to set up the event or tear the event down. Her job is to be on time, walk in, smile, be courteous and uphold the laws of Washington State when serving alcohol and excuse her self when her job was done. I have to agree with the other review that this woman is completely psycho. She obviously does not have the ability to function in a social setting where there are demands made upon her to function appropriately. The business of hospitality is a huge responsibility you are there to make people feel comfortable, pampered and special. You are not there to dictate their behavior or to give your opinion in matters that you have absolutely no jurisdiction over . She is absolutely in the wrong business. She even had the nerve to approach the bride and tell the bride that one of her guests had consumed four beers and the bride needed to communicate to him that he was cut off. That is why we hired a bartender. Everything about the wedding was absolutely perfect except hiring her company. For those of you who have had a good experience it must've been with one of her employees because it certainly was not her. I think the most upsetting situation was she told a guest that after having one White Claw that there would be a charge for any additional which was absolutely dishonest. All of the alcohol was purchased for the comfort and benefit of the guest of the wedding. In closing we had a beautiful wedding because friends and family were there to celebrate the bride and groom and to fellowship as a family. We are not foolish enough to let somebody like her tarnish a beautiful occasion. She said my sister could only have two flavors of trulys, she drinks them herself and didn't want to be limited to two kinds on her wedding day. All day everyone kept coming up to me telling me how rude they were to every single guest. The bride went up to get one last beer long before the night was over. She was told no they shut down early because someone went behind them... into their area and stole 6 truleys. No one stole 6 beers. We think she made it up to be done earlier then agreed...Or maybe she miss counted. Either way denying the bride a drink on her wedding day is the most ridiculous thing ever right? Well here's the icing on the cake. After the wedding after all my sisters left over alcohol was released from this psycho we were walking back from my truck with a small box of truleys that was from before the venue at the hotel the night before. (Not even the flavors we were allowed) this horribly, rude, unprofessional, owner had the audacity to look at us as we walked by and to her partner said. "There is the stolen beer, right there." To the bride... who hired this whack company for $1000 to hand beers... so basically saying that my sister the bride stole her OWN alcohol that she bought and paid for the worst service I've ever seen. I would never recommend this business. I hope they shut down, she's really something else and our only regret of the most perfect day. read more

"Liquid Catering with Spirit." SO TRUE! As an event planner I'm always looking for new connections, new companies to work with, and of course professional, reliable people. Well - look no further than Pour Girls! Janet and her staff of women (and men!) are some of the nicest folks you'll encounter. Leading up to the event there was constant communication about my expectations at the party, about how the event would be staffed, what it could cost, right down to what the bartenders would be wearing. I was left with no stones unturned and knew exactly what to expect the day of the party. As that day arrived I was running around like a crazy person! With millions of things to do I was pleasantly surprised when I was greeted warmly by the first arriving staff member of Pour Girls. She introduced herself, asked to be shown to the bar area and then said, "OK. Let me take it from here!" What's better than that?! During the event I was confident that guests were happy as I saw the tip jars fill up. Janet assured me that she has the best staff in town and there wasn't a hint of doubt in her voice. Whether it's for a wedding, a themed event, a corporate event, or just a big-ass shindig, make sure you call Pour Girls and Some Guys. I'm totally spoiled now and don't think I could hire anyone else after having them work one of my events. The price was extremely reasonable and they even cleaned up for me! read more

We recently used Pour Girls to serve at our wedding and they left us with a sour taste in our mouth. :( The servers they provided were pretty solid and kept drinks moving quickly which was fantastic. However, the manager is horrendous. We had some trouble figuring out the contract with her in the beginning, so it took a long time to get a final contract. Because there was trouble getting it worked out, we were sure to outline everything we wanted to the letter in our contract. Exactly which drinks would be served, how they were served, etc. First off, the contract stated clearly that they would be bringing ice and they didn't because the manager told them they didn't have to. Secondly, I made a typo in the contract and miscalculated the final total by missing a half hour of service time. The typo was in the contract which I signed and paid a deposit on before the wedding. A few days after the wedding, the manager sent me a nasty-gram about how I shorted them and I had a few days to pay them or I would pay a $30 late fee. After a few rounds of obnoxious emails filled with more insults than facts, we got it resolved and I paid the final invoice. It all could have been avoided if the manager actually read the contract ahead of time, performed the duties in the contract, and let us know that we had a miscalculation in the amount due. I would not recommend Pour Girls & Some Guys to a friend. It's not worth the risk something will go wrong and you'll have their manager raising your blood pressure. read more

WILL NOT HIRE Never hired them but this is off the initial call. My wedding venue recommended them so I had high hopes. I told her what I had wanted over the phone and all she said was no I couldn't do that. I only needed one bartender cuz it's a small wedding but she insisted on two. I told her I'm doing the clean up but she insisted that they do it. I told her first pour time is 4 last pour time is 8. She made up her own hours and said that they have to be there at 2 to set up (idk what set up is, we're providing all the booze, cups, and ice) and last pour would be 9. She was obviously trying to upsell. I just asked her to send an email with all the information and I still haven't gotten it. I got quoted $800 for a 4 hour period. I have never been so irritated with and of the other wedding planning stuff. I found another bartender who is way more friendly and willing to work with us. read more

Please note that this is a review of the customer service I received this morning and I have chosen NOT to move forward with Pour Girls. I was called at 11:08am and I can't quite remember the name of whoever called, but I believe it was the owner or manager. In the first 30 seconds, she seemed like she wasn't going to help me, but wanted to chastise me. She asked for me to describe what I wanted and I did. Then, instead of communicating what COULD be possible, she said "well, you're dealing with a bunch of 'no's; some because I'm saying no and some because the WA State Liquor Board says no." Okay, fine. We want to keep it legal, so I'll listen, but I'm irritated at the attitude. Basically she told me that what I wanted was a joke and that it wasn't possible. I couldn't even get to the point where I redirected the conversation to something more positive because she seemed so curt and offensive. Even if she had been able to satisfy my needs, I wouldn't want to do business with someone so rude. Even if I have to readjust my event You can't bully potential customers into doing what you want. read more

Pour Girls and Some Guys was the most un organized establishment I have come across for some time now. They were the bartenders at a wedding I was recently at and they truly were that dark cloud hanging over the entire wedding. They took their own frustrations out on innocent guests that were only in line to grab a simple beverage, with crude remarks and 0 manners or professionalism. They also made the decision to cut off all 8 groomsman because 1 person may have had more than they should, so they said, which is fine and the right thing to do if 1 person has had too much. They went way to far as to cut off the whole grooms party as " guilty by association" because they found maybe 1 person to be over their limit. Truly ashamed of the terrible service and hope these people dont get the chance to ruin any more weddings or special events in the future. read more

My daughter used this company for her wedding on August 5, 2016. I can honestly say I would never use this company again. The one bartender, Bob, made very rude and disgusting comments to many of the female guests at the wedding. To the point most of the ladies were very uncomfortable going to the bar to get beer and wine. Bob also had no idea the types of beer or wine he was serving. There were only 4 types of beer and 4 types of wine being served. When guests came to the bar to get a beer, instead of asking what kind of beer the guests would like, Bob would say "what is the cap color you would like ?" ! He had no clue what type of beer he was serving! When guests would ask for wine, Bob would pour what ever white or red wine that was opened, even when guests requested a certain wine. Only one time did the bartenders clear glasses from one of the 15 tables throughout the whole evening. At the end of the evening we had to clear the glassware from all 15 of the tables ! The bartenders were by law, supposed to load the left over beer and wine into our car. This did not happen either. My husband and I had to load the beer and wine into our car. The contract my daughter signed specifically said the left over beer and wine would be loaded into our car, by the bartenders at the end of the evening! A gratuity was also added into the total cost of what my daughter and son in law paid. But, the bartenders took it upon them selves to have their own tip jar on the bar; very unprofessional ! At one point Bob broke a glass and the glass cut one of the guests arms, not a bad cut, but nonetheless a cut. Bob gave our guest a bottle of wine to reciprocate for the cut! Again, very unprofessional! When my son in law talked to the owner about this type of unprofessional service, all Janet offered up were some gift cards to Amazon, Safeway and Starbucks for a total of $80.00 dollars. My daughter and son in law paid over $700.00 for professional bartenders, and they did not get that type of service. As a business owner, I would have refunded a dollar amount from the total charges, not offer up gift cards! Janet is lucky, so far none of the ladies have filed a sexual harassment law suit against her company ! Think twice about using this company! read more

Literally the worst bartenders of all time. Not only would they only serve us of every 30 min, they gave us only have cups of beer, and were so rude and disrespectful to me and the rest of the wedding party. They also cut off my boyfriend who was also a groomsmen after 1 Beer, for no reason at all. During the ceremony, the bartenders went into the grooms quarters and brides quarters and took all our alcohol out of our coolers, and went through our bags with our wallets and purses and threw stuff out of them to try to search for more alcohol. This is completely against the law and invades everyone's privacy. They took all the keep sale flasks that we were going to take pictures with and wouldn't give them back. I had a very poor experience with the owner at my own wedding this weekend. I was informed of some very unprofessional things that happened that really upset me. To begin the owner of our venue gave my husband permission to have a few cases of beer in his groom suite and I was informed it was removed and I'm not sure as to why as we where not even serving canned beer. Also she made my sister in law cry (found out about this after my wedding), I was very upset about that, I guess she was yelling at her because she was trying to help put out more food because our wedding was Buffett style and our family was helping put food out. She then was telling people they can't but certain food out I thought she was the bartender not the food server... She also was very unfriendly to the mothers of the bride and groom which is not okay as they where are points of contact for the day. She also was very bad at communicating. My husband and I went down to tell her that we where gonna make an announcement that the bar was being shut down in 20 minutes but she didn't even give us time to my the announcement. Mind you we where supposed to have our bar open until 11 but decided that too many people where leaving to have it open until then, so we decided to close the bar at 8 she shut it down around 7:30 which was a half an hour early like what Um I guess there was no concept of time or she just didn't want to work anymore. She then yelled at my brother who helped up supply the alcohol when he ask for a beer, she was making where rude threats to people that where not necessary, she threaten to have my brother escorted off the property if she saw him with a beer from else where. Did I not already mention the owner of the venue gave the groomsmen permission to have beer in there room area, oh wait it was all removed. She has very very poor communication still over all. If you are going to run a business you need to know how to speak in a polite way, something that she does not know how to do. I barely spoke to her just because I was so busy doing other things. I went to ask for water for my groom and she goes it's over there and just kept pointing and finally her other girl that was with her finally handed it to me, not to mention my husband is a type 1 diabetic so I just needed to bring him water as soon as I could and that was about the only personal moment I had with her and was very frustrated. I'm Very upset because I had heard something good things about pour girls but not after this, I will not be recommending them again. read more

I recently had Pour Girls be the bartender for my wedding. I have no complaints about any of the services that I received from them. My husband dealt with most of the setup with Janet and she clearly outlined everything for him and what we should expect. I paid most everything upfront except for some cups and ice, which I paid near the end of the wedding as they were packing up. Which was agreed upon prior to the wedding. We had Debbie as the bartender and she was awesome! To be honest both my husband and I are pretty laid back people and whenever we got into the line to get a drink, the bartender always called us (and the wedding party) up to the front of the line to get drinks. I have already recommended to my best friend who is getting married in July and would do so again with anybody else who asks me who we had gone through. read more

I wanted to hang up but our options were slim so I kept going-mistake. Never got a contract, called her back and was assured that she had sent it and it must be on my end. We agreed I would send her an email and that she would reply back with the contract to avoid issues with incorrect contact info. Again, never got a contract so we went with another service. Fast forward a few weeks later, she calls my fiancé saying our spot is in jeopardy and we need to get her the contract that day or lose our spot another wedding. My fiancé tells her we went with someone else. Janet then proceeds to try and get the name of the other company, tries to scare my fiancé by saying they probably won't meet the strict licensing services the venue requires, blah blah blah. "You don't want a dry wedding do you?" Says the spot may not be in as much jeopardy as she implied initially and we would be foolish to not go with their company with xx years of experience. I wish I could give this 0 stars. We chose to use them for our wedding, and they are the ONLY part about our wedding that I wish we could change. Absolute WORST customer service I have literally ever seen, and that comes from someone working in customer service. It all started when they were LATE to the venue. Not only did they come into the bridal suite literally AS we were leaving to walk the aisle, and proceeded to ask us for our IDS so they didn't have to do it durning the wedding... I (THE BRIDE) asked them to please leave because we were about to leave, they rolled they're eyes at me and told me it would only take a second. As we were gone during the ceremony they went through the bridal and groomsmen suites and literally searched the room and took any alcohol that they could find, even out of the wedding parties BAGS. Threw wallets on the floor, took flasks that had the groomsmen names on it that didn't even have alcohol & were suppose to be used for pictures. Now during the reception they were EVEN worse. Because they were late and didn't get the kegs on ice soon enough, the beers were all foam and they ruined an entire keg because they couldn't "figure it out". They poured half glasses, beers were ALL foam, when asked for things they would roll their eyes, wouldn't give you a drink but every 30 minutes, wouldn't let you get a drink for your elderly family members or people that were injured. Literally SO embarrassing to have at a wedding with all your family and friends. I have already let all my friends getting married who were going to use them, to NOT use them, and thankfully they've all found new bartenders. WORST mistake EVER. I sent the following letter to Janet, the owner of Pour girls and received no response: I want to thank Pour Girls for tending my wedding [August], 2013 at Daybreak Star. Set-up time was 1:30 and breakdown was at 6:30. The two ladies you sent to tend the bar successfully set up and packed up the bar. However, there are a few concerns brought up that I'd like to mention. -There was a "disagreement" between my husband and the bartenders after the bartenders had set up the bar before guests arrived. After you and I had talked about setting up the bar in the canoe, I told my husband (he was excited about the idea), which made him inquire as to why the bartenders were not set up in the canoe. As I understand from talking to onlookers, the bartenders were curt with him and told him they were only supposed to work with the caterer. In my opinion, the reasons for not putting the bar in the canoe, as you and I discussed, could have been explained to him. I think he deserved that respect, an explanation, especially since he was the man of the day- aside from being the one who paid them. -The caterer, who works with many for-hire bartenders, was astonished that the bartenders did not help with glasses- at all. -When the groom and I asked for a bottle of white wine for our table, the bartenders said "no," they would refill our glasses. Ok fine, for the sake of being legal. However, they did not once refill our glasses even though the bar was close enough to our table so they could see whether we had wine or not- if they felt like it. The white wine ran out soon after. When I asked for some they offered me red wine. Of course I was wearing my big white dress so I couldn't have any red wine. Thousands of dollars were spent on the wine. I had one glass of wine at my wedding. -When the bartenders wanted to pack up, one of them (wavy blond hair) came up to me in the middle of a conversation with (what's his or her name that I see maybe once every five years) and very tersely and loudly spewed legal talk at me. Apparently, they were looking for the man assigned to take the extra wine into his car- who had been there very early, early enough for them to familiarize themselves with him during set-up so there was no confusion at the busy end. I didn't get a chance to meet either of the bartenders. I must say that what I did see and hear about them leaves a very sour taste in my mouth. They wouldn't give me any wine at my own wedding! They were smart-mouthed to my husband. One of them came up to me at an intimate moment and pretty much cussed me out. They refused to help with the glasses in any way after they poured them. I had to send you an email since the bartenders were the only thing about my big day that I would have changed. All in all, though, I appreciate your communication and the timeliness of the bartender's set-up and clean-up. read more

After being in the restaurant industry for 10+ years I am not only devastated but ashamed that these people are still open. Unfortunately before the wedding I was just in, I didn't have a chance to look these people up....the reviews alone would have prepared me and the party for what was ahead. As everyone else has stated, it was the WORST experience I have ever been through...refusing the GROOM and the bridal party directly after the reception. at one point the bald bartender told a father to the party to drink the rain water when he simply asked for a bottle (not even joking)...fortunately the people around us saved the night. I do NOT recommend the service of this place to anyone. Be warned. I gave them one star simply because I had to. They don't even deserve that. read more

This business is a joke. They were bartending a wedding we went to and they were worst bartenders ever. Extremely rude, very openly condescending to all of us, I wonder why so crabby? They were just horrible, beer service was so horrible, the beer was mostly foam and you can only get one, so if your gramma wants one, forget it she has to get the walker and do it herself! They were very slow so the line got really big. The worst of all tho was the customer service, I don't know how can you be so angry and rude. This is someone's wedding you know. read more

Easily the worst customer service I've ever witnessed. I'm embarrassed for these people who call themselves bartenders. The whole experience with them was awful from the beginning at my best friends wedding. Lord help you if you asked them for a drink,heck even a water! I was never spoken to with any sort of kindness, and neither were any of the other guests. I tried to bring my mom a beer and was laughed at. I asked for a water and got scoffed at and Martha just points and says "uhm,it's over there can't you see." It really was unfortunate that they'd only serve you a foamy beer every half an hour because you'd need to be drunk to be around these ladies. I don't blame the dark hair bartender for drinking the wine that was supposed to be for guests,I'd drink too if i had to work with Martha. I definitely would not hire these people if you want your guests to have an enjoyable experience at your event. read more

Professional. That is the word I would use to describe this service. We hired them as the bar tending service for our wedding and I am very glad we did. We received ample communication prior to the event. The entire process was very organized from their end and that encouraged us to remain organized as well. The questionnaire they provided was thorough and complete and gave the bar tenders all the information they needed. They arrived on time and ready to work. They were professional, they were polite, they went above and beyond their call of duty. As the groom, the doted upon me. My bride felt the same way. This is an example of a true local small business that relays on good service to grow their business. read more

Janet had the tenacity I appreciate in a business. She understands people are busy and called back multiple times to get ahold of me. However, when we finally spoke - her attitude made it a horrible experience! Based on that one conversation, I would NEVER hire this company for an event. Janet was AWFUL to deal with the entire time. I am glad I read the contract thoroughly, because she was sayin I could have two full kegs and a pony keg, for a NYE wedding and 250 people. I explained that I wanted 6-7 kegs, and she freaked. I had her put the liability disclaimer into the contract, Re-read and signed. Taking all liability (which she even told me that if anything happened after the wedding, the cops would "have no problem coming to your hotel room to arrest you). Then, when I connected with her again closer to the date, she brought up only having 3 kegs there. I told her no, I signed the liability disclaimer and will be having 5-6 and if that's a problem then cancel my reservation and give me 60% of the deposit back... after no response to my email for weeks I called her directly. She then proceeded to talk to me on the phone for TWENTY minutes like I'm a friggin teenager throwing a party. She told me herself that she is the owner and doesn't work events, but then guess who showed up to work my event! She was SO rude the whole time, came up to me.. the bride to tell me that we were almost out of white wine within twenty minutes of cocktail hour, and almost out of our craft beer keg. Which is extremely unprofessional as a vendor. They were SUPER inconsistent with cutting people off, cutting off my maid of honor and best man after one drink when there were others that were way more intoxicated. My brother has been a wedding DJ for over ten years and was for our wedding too, she yelled at him for "screwing her" when he sent people to grab drinks for the midnight countdown... I wish I didn't even have to give one star. Learn some people skills Janet, you were the one thing I would have changed about our wedding day. read more
