The mat classes are maximum 8 people lending to close attention to the clients' abilities. There are also reformer and chair classes. Bridgette is very in-tune with modifications her clients may need to make the most of the Pilates training. The instructors are really positive, understanding, and are willing to make modifications. All of the classes offer something different and I loved doing a mix of cardio+, strength, resistance and release. The membership cost is worth the level of work out you get in each class and the incredible people. I'm sad that I can't attend this gym anymore due to moving. Scheduling on the app is easy. The only negative is that sometimes during busy hours parking at the boulder location can be challenging. I hope to go back to this gym occasionally. My favorite instructors are Natasha, Ryan, Raleigh, Bryan, Tess, Adria and Justin.
