Lauren was able to communicate very well so that my expectations were realistic, Lauren's skill and deep understanding of what she was doing put me at ease immediately. During the procedure she explained everything she was doing and had such a light touch I was barely able to feel anything beyond the slightest pinch. After the procedure she explained any potential side effects as well as the time frame to see the full results. Everything she said was spot on!!
