Lauren was able to communicate very well so that my expectations were realistic, Lauren's skill and deep understanding of what she was doing put me at ease immediately. During the procedure she explained everything she was doing and had such a light touch I was barely able to feel anything beyond the slightest pinch. After the procedure she explained any potential side effects as well as the time frame to see the full results. Everything she said was spot on!! Follow the plan and move your body... that's all you have to do. I like that the shop prices per area because it's 1-2$ cheaper per unit that way. The practice building is extremely clean and well kept, and I can tell they like being there and enjoy what they do. She said I had half a syringe left; she rescheduled my appointment, when I finally came in over 2 weeks later she stated I had a tiny amount of filler in my syringe. I'm not sure why she made me come back "for a tiny amount" and not just finish in my first appointment. I wouldn't recommend this person for filler.
