Dr Jeff has been my Dentist for 5 yrs now. Dr. Jeff is very kind and caring. I had to have a root canal a couple of years ago, I never felt his injection he was so gentle the whole time he worked on my mouth. Both his Hygienists Kristen and Wendy are very gentle and thorough. All his staff is knowledgeable, professional, friendly and caring. I always feel relaxed and comfortable when I go for my dental appointments. Kerry is one of his Dental Hygenists and she was great. She gave me an ultrasonic cleaning that was completely painless. The front end (office) seems to be well run and were able to help me navigate my dental insurance. It's a relief to have found an office not far away from where we are building our new home. I look forward to many years of regular checkups and cleanings.

She felt very distressed by him talking down to her and letting her wait in the chair for quite some time before firing her for questioning his authority. I told her go straight to the unemployment and file really he forgot who he worked for maybe he thinks the insurance companies are his employer. Well not a good look for a company to treat my mother this way. She said she got shoddy work there before and had to go back to get him to fix it and he didn't want to admit his mistake. My mother is not a complainer by any stretch but she like me asks questions and said this guy doesn't want to be bothered by anyone questioning his work.
