This operation is really awful - My doctor's office faxed an order over to Beacon where the orders…read moreare supposed to go - I called a few days later and someone at the Beacon Central Line - where they receive all the PT fax orders - told me that the fax number I had given the doctor - the same number that the actual physical orthopedic office in Montgomery on Cornell Rd gave to me - was incorrect - that rep told me she had never heard of that number before and then gave me another number. So I had to contact my doctor office again and they faxed the order again - to both numbers just to be sure - a week later, Beacon central line told me again that they never received the orders, despite me having confirmations for the dates and times the orders were faxed. So here I am, the patient, playing the middle man between the Tri-Health Blue Ash Internal Medicine and Beacon Orthopedics just trying to get help for my back pain. Taking my business somewhere else. Beacon sucks.

I have been receiving treatments from Dr. Cornell on an as needed basis for about 2 years. I fractured my tibial plateau in January while skiing in California. Spent six weeks with no weight allowed on my right leg, thus my muscles atrophied a fair bit. For the last two weeks I've been seeing Melissa at CPT and she has been fantastic. I'm walking with no limp at most times, and only a slightly noticeable one when my leg & knee get a bit tied; usually after physical therapy, but that is good, means I'm working the muscle and building it back up. Anyway, I've been impressed with what I've received and seen going on with other patients. If Melissa is any indication of any of the other PT's, then you'll be in good hands here. Hopefully, you'll never need their services, but if you do, this is a great option for your recovery!
