In the Fall, we were delivered, when neither of us was home to receive it, "our" snow plow- except it wasn't ours. It was the same brand and type of plow, but it was rusty and dented, with old rusted wheels, and ours was sparkly brand new- looking. My husband called to try to get our rightful plow back, and they said it was ours. It is not! BEWARE! Keep your model number number handy, if you need a repair, so you can identify your equipment! I am fair, and to be fair, this rusty snow plow does start up and run. But it's still not ours. I wonder who has ours...

He took apart the the carburetor and cleaned it. He changed the oil when I had changed it 2 weeks before he showed up and charged me for it. He didn't ask me if I wanted the oil changed. This must be a very successful business because it took him a month to get to my appointment. The service call cost me $ 190.00. I would not recommend this service. It was way too expensive. You are better off taking your mower to a shop.

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with this company at the Winton location…read more I dropped off my vacuum to be fixed and when I sent a family member to pick it up, it was not there. The employee told them that it was used as a trade-in, etc...I have no idea what he was talking about. I called that location many times over the next few weeks and spoke to this same employee who told me my vacuum was being fixed at another location, then that he was looking for it, etc...instead of being honest with me about what happened to my vacuum. I thought this employee was the manager/owner and I was not not sure how to proceed. I decided to stop in the shop one last time and that is when I met Todd, the actual manager/owner. I wish I had known about him before that day. I explained what happened and he was very confused. This had never happened before he told me. I even showed him my drop off slip. The vacuum was nowhere to be found. The employee was there that day and did not admit that he made a mistake and that he had misled me multiple times. Instead, he just kept telling us what a terrible vacuum brand this was. My vacuum was not old or terrible. In fact, it was still under warranty. Todd eventually called me and left a message wanting to know what date my family member was in the shop so he could check the cameras?!! I called him back the next day and left a message. However, no response. To this day, no one has responded. Never have I had such poor customer service. Instead of working with me and apologizing for losing or reselling my vacuum, they ignored the problem. So, no. I don't recommend using Supervacuum on Winton Road.
