Ive had several experiences with her in the past, but the last week have had 2 occasions to deal with her and her efficiency and desire to get my glasses, not only fit to my head, but to see to it my prescription was correctly put into my my glasses by MEC's outside production team (unfortunately, it was not), so that my vision could be perfect as Ive come to expect from MEC over the past 15 years. Ive never encountered a vision specialist like her who takes the time to make sure that my glasses are adjusted from nose & ear pieces, slant of the lens and every possible angle so they fit my eyes & face perfectly to correct my vision. She has done so with patience and the drive to find and correct the issues, while makking me feel as though I was the only patient they had. THAT is true customer service! Well first off I went in for a exam for a personal eye issue and the lady at the desk checked me in…read morehad said have a seat it's on the right and when I got to the waiting area it was on the left anyway I sat down because I was like surely this is where I sit I waited another 38 minutes just to hear the receptionist back there say okay doctor this is your last patient and that was not me that's when I stood up and I said have you called my name at all I've been sitting here for 38 minutes needless to say they made me another appointment way off and it's a really important appointment and I needed it ASAP so I'm going to go elsewhere this is the second time and the first time was about 5 or 6 years ago ridiculous some things never change I guess
