The provider will accept new patients but not hers. When I call for a problem visit, I am told that they don't have any appointments that I can call back every day at 7 or go to the walk in. We wouldn't pay twice so they banned us from going there for about 10 years. Second time I paid with my debit card. They never sent me a bill for a year, claimed they did. And then sent us to collections. Collections called trying to get me to pay on the phone. I told them to send me a bill so I could look at it, they wouldn't do it at first; but I refused to pay with out a bill, so they did. Called them told them I have a proof of payment, and they said OK! With out checking my proof. It seems to me something is wrong over there and it feels like a scam!!!

Dr. Hatchet put in a kidney stent in my left kidney 21 days ago, and he verbally abused me before…read moresurgery, yelling about how he did not want to be there and he was tired. He had me in tears before surgery, then 21 days later I went to have it removed, he again verbally abused me and refused to used any anesthesia even though I'm an abuse victim. The director of the hospital got involved and made him do it as he was told to. Thank god. But he is the most horrible person and dr I've ever met in my life. I would not recommend him to anyone! All of the nurses said he treats them the same way!
