Stellar humans, stellar service... I'm leaving a review for service (the most amaaaazing service!) that I just received....over the phone! Now that's a first! The power to my house trips last night (has happened before and husband of course fixed it in seconds) and of course it happens again while he's out of town and of course I can't seem to get it to work. I switch all of the buttons to off and then back to on. One section (living room and dining room) seems to be stuck in the off setting. I try to force it over to the left, ON setting and it won't budge. Turned everything else back off and on. In different order haha (this is when I start to feel like a silly girl and about cry). Husband's in the desert with no phone service. I didn't want to call an electrician because I knew it was a simple problem that I just couldn't seem to figure out. I called a few that quoted me $250-$350 for 'troubleshoot and repair' visit. I told the person over the phone I knew it would be a 3 minute job. That my (power lineman) husband would be so disappointed if I called for a simple circuit box hand holding (ugh). I then came across Power Link Electrical. Sean answers the phone. I explained to him what was going on and asked for a quote. He then asked me to send him a photo of the circuit breaker box and that he'd walk me through it. Whhaaaattt?!! I squealed gratitude and texted him the photos. He called me and told me the buttons that aren't going over to the left are tripped (they looked like they were stuck on off to me, turns out they were in the middle, tripped) and that I had to push them over to the right, hard and that's off. And sure enough, I was able to click them all the way over to the left to on. I know there some guys and maybe girls reading this laughing. Hey, I knew it was a simple problem that I wasn't getting. The power's back on. I'm so, so grateful for Sean and his kindness. He could've easily quoted me a price and come out. He didn't make me feel like a stupid little girl wasting his time. I had two light fixtures to be installed and had 6 estimates. Sean was in the middle in terms of costs. From email conversations about the job he answered all my questions and gave me confidence to hire him. One he got to my house we talked about the project and he answered more of our questions and also gave advice on the best way the fixtures would look. I appreciated that he layed out plastic and drop clothes everywhere to ensure things did not get dirty. The lights turned out great and better than what we envisioned. He told me up-front he would come out and help the jacuzzi movers with the disconnect if necessary and start the project when they had the jacuzzi in place. HD arrived on time, collaborates with the movers, and hot going on the project as promised.
